Claims (1)
- 支持棒と、支持棒の先端に自在継手で接続され
た洗浄槽と、洗浄槽の開口縁部に設けられ洗浄対
象面に水密的に圧接可能な封水パツキングと、洗
浄槽内に設けられた超音波振動子と、支持棒の手
許付近に設けられポンプにより洗浄水を洗浄槽内
へ送るように給水管により洗浄槽と連通された洗
浄液タンクと、支持棒の手許付近に設けられコー
ドにより振動子に接続された発振器とを具備した
超音波洗浄装置。
