Claims (1)
- 不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を用いたシート状のＳ
ＭＣ成形素材が金型中で加圧・加熱され、所望の
形状に成形されて硬化したＳＭＣ成形品において
、前記ＳＭＣ成形素材が所望の形状に成形された
ＳＭＣ部と、該ＳＭＣ部の表面に形成された緻密
樹脂膜とを具備して構成され、前記緻密樹脂膜は
、成形前の金型表面にスプレーで塗布した前記不
飽和ポリエステル樹脂と同類の低分子ポリエステ
ルを含有する塗料の塗布膜が成形時の加圧・加熱
を受けて前記ＳＭＣ成形素材と反応して形成され
たことを特徴とするＳＭＣ成形品。
