第１図は本考案による表面シートを設けた衛生
タオルの平面図、第２図は第１図の―線でと
つた断面図、第３図は衛生タオルの表面シートに
おける毛細管ダクトの拡大断面図、第４図は改変
例による毛細管ダクトの断面図、第５図は衛生タ
オルの吸収芯と接触した第３図の毛細管ダクトを
示す図である。 １は表面シートプラスチツクフイルム、２は吸
収芯、３は液体不透過性プラスチツクフイルム、
４は孔、５は薄繊維層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 吸収芯２、吸収物品を着用したとき着用者と
    接触させることを目的とした液体透過性表面シー
    ト１、および吸収芯の反対側に配置した液体不透
    過性層３を有する吸収物品において、液体透過性
    表面シートが、長さ全体に沿つて均一な幅のもの
    である直線状ダクトを有し、前記ダクトの端は表
    面シート１から自由に突出し、吸収芯２中に延び
    、繊維５はダクト４中に前記ダクト中での繊維密
    度がダクトの自由端から離れる方向で減少するよ
    うな方法で延び、前記繊維が吸収物品の内に向つ
    てテーパーを形成している毛細管を形成している
    ことを特徴とする吸収物品。 ２ ダクト中に延びる繊維が有孔表面シートの下
    面に空気堆積した薄い繊維層中に置いた繊維から
    なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の吸収物
    品。 ３ 薄繊維層が結合剤によつてダクト中におよび
    有孔表面シートの下面に結合している実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第２項記載の吸収物品。 ４ ダクトの断面の大きさが０．１〜６mmであり
    、長さが０．２〜１０mmである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の吸収物品。 ５ ダクトを規制する壁が波状形のものであり、
    それらの波頂および谷が毛細管ダクトの長手方向
    に延びている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の吸収物品。 ６ 孔が表面シートの面積の１０〜７０％を構成
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の吸収物
    品。
