５図乃至７図は本考案により改良される先願軸受
を示し、第１図は本考案の直動転がり案内ユニツ
トの一実施例の投影図を部分断面で示し、第２図
は第１図の部分拡大正面図、第３図ａは内側板、
第３図ｂは外側板それぞれの投影図であり、共に
面衝合面側を示し、第４図ａは側板の上面図であ
り、方向転換路の中心線上を断面で示し、第４図
ｂは第４図ａの側面図であり、第５図ａは先願で
ある特願昭６２−２３１５１４号のスプライン軸
受の側板の上面図で、方向転換路の中心線上を断
面で示し、第５図ｂは第５図ａの側面図であり、
第６図は上記先願軸受の外筒の端部に取り付ける
スペーサリング即ち内側板を投影図で示し、第７
図は第６図に示す内側板と面衝合式に組み合わせ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周面の所定箇所の軸方向に軌道溝を形成
    した長尺円筒状軸部材と、前記軸部材を摺動的に
    嵌挿する中空孔を有する中空円筒形の外筒であつ
    て、その中空孔内周面に前記軸部材の軌道溝に対
    向する外筒側軌道溝を形成すると共にこれと連通
    するボールリターン路を内設した外筒部材と、両
    軌道溝間に嵌挿される多数のボールおよび上記外
    筒部材の両端部それぞれに取り付けられ、外筒側
    軌道溝と、それと連通するボールリターン路とを
    連結するボール方向転換路を内設した側板部材か
    らなる直動転がり案内ユニツトにおいて、上記側
    板部材は外筒の横断面に対応した横断面をそれぞ
    れ有する薄手の内側板及び厚手の外側板の面衝合
    式組合せからなり、内側板をそれぞれ貫通する方
    向転換路の軌道側部分とそれに連通するリターン
    路側部分の、内側板外側面上におけるそれぞれの
    開口間の離隔面上に、断面円弧溝を有し内方湾曲
    軌道を画定する山形ブリツジ部を設けて両開口を
    連結し、該山形ブリツジ部に対応する外側板の内
    側面において、上記内側板の上記それぞれの開口
    を連結し外側板の半径方向断面上で内方に湾曲し
    た円弧を形成する方向転換路Ｕターン部を切欠溝
    状に設けてそこに上記内側板の山形ブリツジ部を
    嵌入させて上記Ｕターン部の内周壁面および外周
    壁面を形成しかくして上記内側板および外側板の
    面衝合組み合わせによりボール方向転換路の内外
    周壁面を円滑面に形成した直動案内ユニツト。 (2) 前記直動転がり案内ユニツトの外筒側軌道
    溝の開口巾がボール径より小さく形成され、その
    ボール軌道溝が外筒の横断面上で対称位置それぞ
    れに設けてあることを特徴とする請求項１に記載
    のユニツト。
