２重噛み合い防止機構を説明するための図であり

面図、第３図ａないし第３図ｃはそれぞれデイテ
ント部材の正面図、断面側面図、平面図、第４図
は該実施例機構が採用された変速装置の側面図、
第５図ａないし第５図ｃはその動作を説明するた
めの模式図である。 図において、１は変速装置、４は変速機ケース
、１２はフオーク支持軸、２３はセレクト・シフ
トケース、２４はセレクト・シフト軸、２６はシ
フトレバー、３０はデイテント部材、３０ｅはデ
イテント爪（係止部）、３１〜３３はシフトフオ
ーク、３１ａ〜３３ａは係合凹部、３４はストツ
パピン（ストツパ部材）である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 変速機ケースに形成されたセレクト・シフトケ
    ース内に、シフトレバーが固着されたセレクト・
    シフト軸を回動、及び軸方向移動可能に配設する
    とともに、フオーク支持軸に装着された複数のシ
    フトフオークの各係合凹部を軸直角方向に配列し
    、上記セレクト・シフト軸の、回動によつての係
    合凹部と選択的に係合させるセレクト動作を行う
    ととともに、軸方向移動によつてシフトフオーク
    を軸方向に移動させるシフト動作を行うようにし
    た車両用変速装置において、上記シフトレバーが
    ２つのシフトフオークの係合凹部と同時に噛み合
    つたとき該シフトフオークの少なくとも一方の軸
    方向移動を不能にする２重噛み合い防止機構であ
    つて、デイテント部材を上記セレクト・シフト軸
    に該軸と共に回動するよう装着し、かつセレクト
    ・シフトケースに上記デイテント部材の軸方向移
    動を阻止するストツパ部材を設け、さらに上記デ
    イテント部材に上記シフトレバーが２つのシフト
    フオークの係合凹部と同時に噛み合つたとき該２
    つのシフトフオークの少なくとも一方と当接する
    係止部を形成したことを特徴とする車両用変速装
    置の２重噛み合い防止機構。
