Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アクセルペダルの踏込み角をペダル位置検出器
    によりアクセルペダル信号として検出し、スロツ
    トルバルブのバルブ開度をバルブ位置検出器によ
    りスロツトルバルブ信号として検出し、前記各信
    号を各々制御回路に入力し、該制御回路の出力に
    よりアクチユエータを駆動し、該アクチユエータ
    により前記スロツトルバルブの開度を前記踏込み
    角に対応した値に制御すると共に、前記アクセル
    ペダル信号とスロツトルバルブ信号との偏差量が
    設定値以上であり、且つ設定時間以上継続してい
    ることを検出する検出手段と、該検出手段の出力
    により燃料噴射又はエンジンの点火を停止させる
    停止手段とを設け、アクチユエータのロツク状態
    を前記検出手段により検出し、前記停止手段を駆
    動するようにした電子式燃料噴射装置であつて、 前記アクチユエータの駆動電流を検出する電流
    検出手段と、前記アクチユエータのスロツトルバ
    ルブ駆動時における最大負荷時に必要なトルクを
    得るための電流値もしくは±αの電流値に対応す
    る設定値と前記電流検出手段よりの出力とを比較
    する比較器とを備え、前記比較器によりアクチユ
    エータの駆動電流が前記電流値に対応する設定値
    以下であることを判別したとき、前記偏差量が設
    定値以上であり、且つ設定時間以上であつても停
    止手段を不動作とするようにしたことを特徴とす
    る電子式燃料噴射装置。
