Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野コ 本発明は繊維強化グラスチック(FRP)を材料とする
一体成形桁/外板構造の術部面外強度を向上させた複合
材製術部に関する。
[従来の技術] 従来の縫い合わせ法による桁面外強度向上法は、第3図
に示す如く、硬化処理前、プリグレグ段階にて、リブ中
芯用複合材板Qノと外板Q2とを直接縫製03していた
[発明が解決しようとする課題] 前記の如く、リブ中芯用複合材板01と外板02とを直
接、糸で縫い合わせると、糸だけで中芯用複合材板01
を押えなければならないために、ミクロ的に応力が集中
し、しかも縫い目付近では中芯板の繊維がより強く、押
えつけられるため、繊維の並びが不均一になシ、そのた
め、硬化後、使用負荷時にこれらの不均一個所に局所的
に応力が集中、強度低下が起る可能性がある。
上記欠点を改善するためには、縫製時に中芯板をできる
だけ均一に押さえるような結合方法が望まれているが、
従来はこれを解消できるものはなく、応力の集中による
強度低下は避けられなかった。
本発明の課題は、上記従来の問題点を解消することがで
きる複合材製術部を提供することである。
[課題を解決するための手段] 本発明による複合材製術部は、繊維強化y7スチツク複
合材を材料とする桁構造のリグ部中芯を、糸を用いて外
板に縫い合せる際に、中芯用複合材板の上にさらに繊維
束または織物帯を置き、これらを含めて縫い合わせ、中
芯用複合材をより均一に外板と結合結合してなることを
特徴とする。
[作用コ 本発明によれば、リブ中芯用複合材板の上に、外板やリ
ブと同様、グリブレグ状態の繊維束又は織物帯などの当
て物を置き、この当て物を外板と糸で縫い合わせ、結合
させることによシ、間接的に中芯板と外板を結合するこ
とにより、中芯板は従来法に較らぺてより連続的かつ均
一に外板に対して結合できる。又、中芯板にo6方方向
層板を使用した場合、従来法ではO0方向の縫い合わせ
ができなかったものが、本発明によれば、支障な〈実施
でき、縫製の方向や縫製密度(目数、列)など自由度を
増すことができる。
[実施例コ 第1図は、本発明の一実施例を示す図である。
第1図において、グリブレグ段階にて繊維束3を中芯板
2の中央上に置いた後、繊維束3を包むように外板1と
中芯板2t−糸で縫い合わせ、結合する(第1図囚))
。以降は従来法と同様に中芯板2を起し、リブ部に積層
成形した後、硬化処理を行う(第1図IBI 、 (C
5)。なお、第1図において、4は縫合部、5は桁リブ
部、6は充填材、7は面外荷重を示す。
第2図は本発明の他の実施例を示す図である。
第2図において、グリブレグ段階にて中芯板2の幅より
も細く切断した織物帯3′を中芯板2の中央上に置いた
後、織物帯!、中芯板2、外板1の3者を糸で縫い合わ
せ、結合する(第2図囚)。縫い目は1列又は複数とす
る。
以降は従来法と同様に中芯板2を起し、リブ部に積層成
形した後、硬化処理を行う(第2図(B)。

[発明の効果] リブと外板を糸で縫い合わせ、結合する際に、中芯板を
より均一、−様に結合させることにより、中芯板の成形
仕上りも均一、−様になり、これにより、中芯板縫い合
わせ部や中芯板とリブ積層板との間の界面の応力分布が
一様になるため、面外強度の向上が可能になる。更に、
縫製部の縫い目間隔をより小さく、あるいは縫い目列数
を増やしても、従来法のように中芯板が直接、損傷をう
けることが少ない九め、縫い方を選ぶことによシ、縫糸
結合部の強度を上げることができる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 繊維強化プラスチック複合材を材料とする桁構造のリブ
    部中芯を、糸を用いて外板に縫い合せる際に、中芯用複
    合材板の上にさらに繊維束または織物帯を置き、これら
    を含めて縫い合わせ、中芯用複合材をより均一に外板と
    結合してなることを特徴とする複合材製桁部。
