The thicker the thickness of the transparent layer in such a decorative sheet is, the more suitable it is for the purpose of expressing a sense of depth, and in continuous production, it is preferable to increase the thickness of the web because the winding will be huge and have excessive weight. Not, again,
It is also economically inferior. However, reducing the thickness of the transparent layer reduces the sense of depth, and the thickness is usually 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm, which is the typical thickness for decorative sheets.
It cannot be said that it is easy to express a sufficient sense of depth with mm or so.

We have succeeded in developing a decorative sheet that can provide a sufficient sense of depth even with a thickness of about 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm.

様の効果を呈する。 As the base sheet 1, any material that is normally used as a base sheet for decorative sheets can be used.
Materials for the base sheet 1 include paper such as tissue paper, bleached kraft paper, titanium paper, linter paper, paperboard, and gypsum board paper, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyvinyl chloride film, polyvinylidene chloride film, polyvinyl alcohol film, and polyethylene terephthalate. Film, polycarbonate film, nylon film, polystyrene film, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer film, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer film, plastic film or sheet such as ionomer, metal foil or sheet such as iron, aluminum, copper, etc., and the above. Any combination of the materials listed above can be used. As for the preferable attributes of the base sheet 1, firstly, it is preferable that the color is high in brightness, and it is also preferable that the surface exhibits metallic luster or pearlescent luster. The reason why colors with high brightness are preferable is considered to be that when the light-shielding pattern 3 (described later) casts a shadow on the surface of the base sheet 1 through the transparent layer 2 (described later), the shadow is easily recognized. Therefore, it is of course preferable for the base sheet 1 to be white, but even if it is not white, there is no problem in using it as long as it is light in color. It is desirable to apply a paint that is colored or contains a coloring agent. In addition, in the case where the surface exhibits metallic luster or pearl luster, the light-shielding pattern 3 passes through the transparent layer 2 to the base sheet 1 as described above.
When casting a shadow on the surface of the object, it is possible to clarify the shadow and the areas where no shadow occurs, which is thought to improve the visibility of the shadow. In order to produce metallic luster or pearlescent luster on the surface of the base sheet 1 for this purpose, metal powder or pearl powder (mica is usually used as a substitute) is added or kneaded when manufacturing the base sheet 1. Alternatively, to produce a metallic luster, the metal foil or sheet described above may be used alone or as a composite as the base sheet 1. It is also possible to use a metal thin film provided on the surface of 1 by a suitable metal thin film or by plating. Furthermore, a change in which a layer exhibiting metallic luster or pearlescent luster is provided on the back surface of the transparent layer may also be used, and the same effect will be obtained.

It may be formed by appropriately laminating and combining them. As the transparent paint, a vehicle selected based on the flexibility, adhesiveness, heat resistance or cold resistance during use, weather resistance, and processing suitability of the decorative sheet is used. As the vehicle, for example, Cellulose derivatives such as ethyl cellulose, ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate propionate, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, polystyrene, styrene resins such as polyα-methylstyrene, styrene copolymer resins, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethyl methacrylate, polyacrylic Single or copolymer resins of acrylic or methacrylic resins such as ethyl acid and polybutyl acrylate, rosin, rosin-modified maleic acid resins, rosin-modified phenolic resins, rosin ester resins such as polymerized rosin, polyvinyl acetate resins, coumaron resins, Vinyl toluene resin, vinyl chloride resin, saturated or unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane resin, butyral resin, polyamide resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin,
Select and use resins such as aminoalkyd resins, and in addition to the vehicles mentioned above, colorants for dyes and pigments; plasticizers, stabilizers, surfactants, waxes and greases, desiccants, auxiliary desiccants, and curing agents. Additives for agents, emulsifiers, thickeners, fillers and dispersants; Add appropriate solvents and diluents and knead to apply using known coating methods, gravure coating, roll coating, air knife coating, kiss coating. , spray coat, continuous coat, dip coat, spinner coat, wheeler coat, brush coat,
It can be provided by solid coating using silk screen, wire bar coating, or flow coating. Further, when a transparent film or sheet is used, the above-mentioned transparent plastic film or sheet can be used as the material for the base sheet 1. In addition, in the present invention, the term "transparent" of the transparent layer includes not only colorless and transparent but also colored and transparent, and can be used as long as it practically allows light to pass through and the pattern placed underneath can be visually recognized through the transparent layer. In this case, it is also possible to use a material in which metal powder or pearl powder (mica) is added to an extent that does not impair transparency, and in this case, a more complex reflection effect is obtained. To form the transparent layer 2 using the above-mentioned transparent film or sheet as the transparent layer, it is pasted on the surface of the base sheet 1 using an appropriate adhesive, preferably a transparent adhesive, or it is heated. Formed by fusion, high frequency method, etc. The thickness of the transparent layer is 0.1
The thickness is preferably 0.2 mm or more, and the sense of depth is significant.

It is provided by printing, letterpress printing, intaglio printing, jet printing, silk screen printing, electrostatic printing, etc. Here, as described in the case of the base sheet 1, it is preferable that the light-shielding pattern is clearly distinguished and the light-shielding pattern is easily recognized, and in that sense, the light-shielding pattern should be white. Most desirable. However, for practical purposes, any light color colored with a coloring agent mainly consisting of white pigments will suffice. Further, although the shape of the light-shielding pattern is not particularly limited, it is necessary to have an appropriate gap so that the shadow cast by the light-shielding pattern on the base sheet can be sufficiently seen.

好ましい。 As described above, the decorative sheet of the present invention essentially consists of a base sheet 1, a transparent layer 2, and a light-shielding pattern 3 as shown in FIG. A transparent protective layer as shown by 4 in FIG. 2 may be provided for the purpose of adjusting surface gloss and improving physical and chemical properties of the surface. As the transparent protective layer 4, the same transparent layer as described above can be used, but since it directly affects the surface properties of the decorative sheet, it is necessary to select it so that it has surface properties suitable for the purpose. In addition to flexibility, heat or cold resistance in use, weather resistance, and processing suitability, it is desirable to have abrasion resistance, gloss, surface texture, stain resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, and the like. To adjust the gloss with the transparent protective layer, a known matting agent such as finely powdered silica or calcium carbonate may be added, or fine irregularities may be provided on the surface by mechanical embossing.
When the transparent protective layer is formed by heat-sealing a transparent film, it is possible to provide surface texture and adjust gloss simultaneously with the heat-sealing. Furthermore, when a transparent protective layer is provided, the light-shielding pattern appears to be set back by the thickness of the transparent protective layer, thereby improving the sense of depth. The surface gloss of the transparent protective layer can be arbitrarily determined, but a glossy surface is preferable to a matte surface since it does not reduce the effects of the present invention.

い。 The decorative sheet of the present invention formed as described above is
As shown in FIG. 3, for example, the light 5 incident on the area other than the light-shielding pattern is reflected on the surface of the base sheet 1, and the light 6 incident on the area of the light-shielding pattern is reflected on the surface of the light-shielding pattern 3. Since shadows are produced on the surface of the base sheet 1 and each is observed, a sense of depth is obtained, creating so-called depth. Moreover, the sense of depth of the decorative sheet of the present invention can be obtained by using the decorative sheet alone, and the decorative sheet substrate, for example, various plastic boards, wood base materials such as wood, plywood, particle board, gypsum board, gypsum slag board, etc. Gypsum base material, pulp cement board, asbestos cement board, fiber cement board such as wood chip cement, GRC
Also, the sense of depth will not be impaired even if it is attached to metal plates such as concrete, iron, aluminum, copper, etc.
