Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面上に載せられた粉粒体サンプルを所定
    距離運搬する回転テーブルと、運搬中のサンプル
    について所定項目の検査を行なう少なくとも１種
    類の検査装置とを備え、粉粒体サンプルの検査を
    自動で行なう粉粒体サンプル検査装置であつて、
    上記回転テーブルの表面にサンプル粒子が嵌り込
    む環状の溝を設けたことを特徴とする粉粒体サン
    プル検査装置。 (2) 光を透過可能な半透明の回転テーブルと、
    サンプル中の着色異物の混入数、大きさの少なく
    とも一方を検査するものであつて、テレビカメラ
    と、回転テーブルの表裏両面からサンプルを照ら
    すよう配設されたストロボとを有する着色異物検
    査装置とを備え、環状の溝を、回転テーブルを加
    工し且つその厚さを回転テーブルの裏面側からス
    トロボを照射した際に回転テーブル表面に影が生
    じないような厚さに加工して設けた実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の粉粒体サンプル検査装置
    。
