    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁性材料からなるガイドに包囲された導線と
    、この導線に接続され少なくとも一部を上記ガイ
    ドから露出させた焼灼刃とを具備し、上記導線を
    介して焼灼刃に高周波電流を流して人体組織を切
    開等する高周波焼灼装置において、上記導線と並
    行して画像伝送用の光フアイバーが設けられ、こ
    の光フアイバーの先部が上記ガイドの先部に配置
    されていることを特徴とする高周波焼灼装置。
