Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 所定位置にスルーホールを有し表面が絶縁膜
で被覆されている金属基板と、この金属基板上に
パターン形成されている配線回路とを備えた金属
ベース積層板において、上記スルーホールよりも
小径な第１の透孔を有し片面に上記配線回路が形
成されているフイルム基板が上記金属基板に接着
してあるとともに、このフイルム基板の上記第１
の透孔が上記スルーホール内に臨出していること
を特徴とする金属ベース積層板。 ２ 金属基板のスルーホールよりも小径な第２の
透孔を有する絶縁シートがこの金属基板の配線回
路側と反対側の面に載置してあるとともに、この
絶縁シートの上記第２の透孔が上記スルーホール
内に臨出していることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の金属ベース積層板。
