線をＡ／Ｄ変換データとして記憶するＲＯＭ、１
９……Ｄ／Ａ変換器、２０……アナログ線形出力
信号。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. センサからのアナログ非線形入力信号をＡ／Ｄ
    変換する手段と、変換されたデイジタル信号をリ
    ニアライズする手段と、リニアライズされたデイ
    ジタル信号をＤ／Ａ変換する手段とからなり、Ｄ
    ／Ａ変換して出力されるアナログ線形出力信号を
    記録するとともに計測または分析システムにおけ
    る操作出力とする計測装置において、前記リニア
    ライズする手段を前記センサの非線形特性に対し
    これを直線化する数種の補正曲線をそのＡ／Ｄ変
    換データとして記憶する手段と、この記憶手段に
    記憶した補正関数を任意に選択可能とする手段と
    、この選択手段の指令によつて選択される各補正
    曲線の補正演算式において前記記憶手段に記憶さ
    れたＡ／Ｄ変換によつてリニアライズ演算する手
    段とから構成したことを特徴とする計測装置。
