度、気圧非直線性補償部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 温度検出部、湿度検出部、気圧検出部からの各
    検出電圧を増巾処理し、サンプルホールドするア
    ナログ信号処理部と、該アナログ信号処理部のサ
    ンプルホールド値がＡ／Ｄ変換されたデータを格
    納するメモリー部と、該メモリー部のデータを演
    算処理する演算処理部とを有し、該演算処理部内
    には温度データをリニアライズする温度非直線性
    補償部と、該リニアライズ化された温度データに
    よつて、湿度データ及び気圧データに対し温度補
    償する温度補償部と、該温度補償後のデータに対
    しリニアライズ処理をする湿度、気圧非直線性補
    償部とを有することを特徴とするセンサ出力処理
    回路。
