Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 、ピエゾ抵抗素子で構成されたホイートストンブー　　
    リッジの相★すする中点間を出力比較手段の各入力端子
    に接続してなる圧力センサに対し、前記ピエゾ抵抗素子
    自体の温度による抵抗変化を検出する第１出力手段と、
    前記圧力センサの近傍に配置された２つのサーミスタお
    よび比較回路を有し、この比較回路の電圧増幅の前向き
    のゲイン変化が基準温度からのずれに関して二次関数的
    に変化する第２出力手段とを設け、前記第１出力手段か
    らの出力電圧を一次項温度補正信号として、また前記第
    ２出力手段からの出力電圧を二次項温度補正信号として
    前記出力比較手段の各入力端子にそれぞれ共通に与える
    ことを特徴とする圧力センサの温度補正回路。
