Abstract

PURPOSE: To quicken assembling and dismantling of a scaffold by mounting a horizontally mounted truss suspending a scaffold at an upper end of an opposed vertically moving mast with a bolt and mounting the mast on a body via a mounting member and a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A horizontally mounted truss 3 suspending many suspension scaffolds is mounted on an upper end part of an opposed vertically moving mast 1 provided with a trap with a bolt. Next, the opposed vertically moving mast 1 is mounted on a body 16 via a mounting member 15 and a guide rail 10. Because an electric winch 11 and sheaves 12, 14 are installed in the opposed vertically moving mast 1 and these are connected with a rope line 13, climbing of the vertically moving mast 1 or vertically moving of the horizontally mounted truss 3 is made possible by driving the electric winch 1. As a result, stabilizing at the time of climbing the scaffold and quickening of assembling and dismantling can be contrived.

Second, at construction sites etc. that require formwork forming,
Scaffolding is required to perform various types of work such as building formwork, reinforcing bars, and pouring concrete, so it is desirable to improve work efficiency, but with the conventional scaffolding mentioned above,
The problem was that it was difficult to carry out the previous process, including reinforcing bars, at the same time as the formwork and concrete pouring, and the work efficiency was low.

As a solution to the problem of ridges, scaffolding of the minimum necessary height is installed on the completed frame, and the frame work is carried out while automatically climbing while taking the reaction force, and the exterior finishing work is carried out while climbing in reverse. A so-called elevating scaffold has been proposed, which can: i) require less scaffolding area, so the amount of scaffold assembly and disassembly work can be greatly reduced;

"Means for Solving the Problems" and "Operation" The present invention was made in view of the situation on the ridge, and its gist is that between the upper ends of a pair of opposing elevating masts provided with vertical ramps on their outer surfaces, A hanging scaffold consisting of a number of scaffolding boards attached to a hanging chain at regular intervals is erected by bolting a suspended horizontal truss, and the lifting mast is equipped with a cable stopper as a member installed on the main body side. , a locking hook with a fall prevention cam stopper, and a cable made of wire or chain, etc., equipped with a removable locking block that spans endlessly between the upper end sheave attached to the sliding stopper and the lower end electric winch. , ■ A guide rail made of shaped steel, with a locking block that can move forward and backward, and furthermore, a vertical guide pole placed on the vertical guide pole installed on the vertical mast side of the horizontal truss is connected to the horizontal truss by lifting it out from the horizontal truss side. The clamping roller is attached to the horizontal truss so that it can freely slide vertically, and at least one end of the horizontal truss can be fixed to the endless cable.
In addition, a smooth elevating mechanism for the horizontal truss with one end supported by a wire stretched between the upper and lower ends of the opposing elevating masts via sheaves provided at both ends of the lower side of the horizontal truss is installed. The aim is to simplify the assembly and disassembly of the body, stabilize it during climbing, and furthermore, speed up the assembly and disassembly of the -layer unit body.

(a) Replace the member 15C with 150, and lock the cable 13 to the cable stopper 21, then use the electric winch 11.
It is raised by the winding operation. (b) After completing the ascent, the sliding stopper 25 is activated to support the scaffolding and the 4th floor is erected. (c) The 4th floor frame is under construction. (d) After the skeleton is completed, repeat the work in (a). (e) Therefore, the scaffold of the present invention having a ridge structure has extremely high stability because each highly self-supporting mast l is always attached to the frame surface.

FIG. 6 shows a configuration in which the above-described ease of assembly and disassembly of the suspended scaffold 6 by attaching and detaching the horizontal truss 3 can be achieved without the need to bring in a lifting machine, and the - layer is made more convenient. Note that the hanging scaffold 6 is omitted in the figure. That is, as shown in FIG.
As shown in Figure b, at least one end of the horizontal truss 3 can be fixed to the cable 13 so that the horizontal truss 3 can be raised and lowered by operating the electric winch 11. In addition, wires 33 are strung between the upper and lower ends of the opposing lifting masts 1.

A cable made of wire or chain with a detachable locking block, a guide rail made of I-shaped steel, and a locking block that can move forward and backward are provided, and the connection of the horizontal truss to the lifting mast is on the lifting mast side. A clamping roller brought out from the side of the horizontal truss is attached to a vertical guide pole disposed on the side of the horizontal truss so that it can freely slide vertically, and at least one end of the horizontal truss can be fixed to the endless cable, and further, It is characterized by a smooth elevating mechanism for the horizontal truss with one end supported by a wire stretched between the upper and lower ends of the opposing elevating masts via sheaves placed at both ends of the lower side of the horizontal truss. Elevating scaffolding.
