2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional method of erection of a scaffold used for high-altitude work, after assembling a framed scaffold having a fixed floor area on the ground, the framed scaffold is lifted up by a lifting means such as a crane truck or the like. The construction method of hanging at the predetermined position of
It is disclosed in JP-A-9-273120. Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-12172 discloses that a hoist rail is assembled first by moving a working scaffold for hoist installation up and down from the ground and transporting the hoist equipment to a high place, and then to the ground. The small split scaffold assembled by assembling is lifted by the hoist installed first and fixed to the main girder, and by repeating the same work, a large number of split scaffolds are connected in the horizontal and vertical directions to build a large scaffold. It is known. The split scaffold disclosed therein has a structure in which auxiliary pipes are arranged orthogonally on a single-beam beam pipe arranged in parallel, and their intersections are fixed with separately prepared clamps, and a scaffold plate is laid thereon. In the above-mentioned conventional scaffold structure, the auxiliary pipe is arranged orthogonally on a single beam pipe and a scaffold plate is laid to form a thin floor. And low rigidity against bending.
Therefore, when the divided scaffold is suspended from the main girder by a suspension chain, consideration must be given to reducing the distance between the suspension points and the amount of deflection of the entire scaffold from the viewpoint of safety. However, since many suspension chains are stretched everywhere in the scaffold after construction, these suspension chains are likely to hinder the passage of workers and the transport of materials during work such as building and repairing bridges. . Also, assembling the scaffold is performed by fixing a single auxiliary pipe to a single beam pipe by using a clamp fitting separately prepared for each joint, one place at a time. Things.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of erection of a suspended scaffold, the method comprising the steps of: Is the way. A plurality of truss-like beams having joint plates at both ends of a long beam body integrated by connecting upper and lower chord members arranged at regular intervals by a reinforcing member, and both ends of a rod member A plurality of first connecting rods provided with a clamp, and a plurality of second connecting rods provided with a downward hook portion and a clamp at upper and lower positions of both ends of the rod member. The truss-shaped beams are arranged in parallel, the first connecting rods are respectively connected to the lower chord members by clamps, the hooks of the second connecting rods are respectively engaged with the upper chord members, and the clamps are connected to the upper chords. The second fitting
The connecting rods are respectively fixed to the beam main body, a scaffold plate is arranged on the second connecting rod, and a scaffold on which a protective sheet is laid is provided on the scaffold plate, and one end or both ends of the scaffold in one direction. Then, a hanging scaffold constituted by fixing a shielding wall in which a thin plate material is stretched on the inner surface of a rectangular frame by inclining or standing upright is assembled in a work area such as a private occupation zone on the ground. A plurality of winch mounts on which winches are mounted are appropriately arranged on the hanging scaffold, and the winch is attached to the truss-like beam of the hanging scaffold. The hanging scaffold is moved to the erection point by using the framework cart, and then the winch wire rope is retracted into the pulley attached to the main girder of the viaduct.
The suspension scaffold is raised to the erection height by a winch. A suspension chain suspended from a clamp fixed to the main girder is attached to the truss-like beam of the suspension scaffold, and the height from the lower end of the main girder to the suspension scaffold is adjusted. After removing the winch platform from the suspended scaffold, the platform is lowered to the ground and removed. One end of the suspension chain fixed to the main girder is connected to the upper part of the shielding wall of the suspension scaffold.

The truss-like beam, the first connecting rod, and the second connecting rod, which are the main members constituting the scaffold, are connected quickly and easily because of the use of clamps.
Can be assembled. In particular, since the truss-shaped beam is provided so as to increase the longitudinal modulus of elasticity and has a structure with high bending rigidity of the entire scaffold, when this scaffold is suspended by a suspension chain on the main girder of the viaduct, the distance between the suspension points It is possible to reduce the number of suspension chains in the scaffold after erection, and the traffic of workers and the transportation of materials are performed smoothly.

3. A method for erection of a suspended scaffold, which is used for a viaduct work according to the following procedure. The second connecting rod is fixed to the beam main body by being fitted to the lower chord member, a scaffold plate is arranged on the second connecting rod, and a scaffold on which a protective sheet is laid is provided on the scaffold plate. One end in one direction or The end, a rectangular frame hanging scaffold sheet material is constituted by fixing in an inclined or upright stretched by shielding wall on the inner surface of the assembled in work areas such as straps ground occupied.
