如等を取付ける工法で、全て高所作業をともなうもので
あるが、この安全のために行う足場工事において、時に
は死亡事故も発生しているのが現況である。そこで、こ
の高所作業を取シやめ全て地上にて組立てを完了させる
ことによって、安全度向上のためと工費節減の技術的問
