"Conventional technology" Outer wall frame scaffolding and single pipe scaffolding, which have been used as mainstream for erection for more than 20 years, secure the scaffolding for work when it is necessary to work at high places, and secure the work. It is constructed for the purpose of carrying out, and with this scaffolding, various works such as rebar assembly, formwork, formwork inspection, concrete placement, wall inspection of the structure, repair etc. are generally done and removed after the work is completed. Target. Therefore, on such a scaffold,
In addition to safety and workability of work, it is desired that assembly and disassembly are easy.

First, in these things, the work floors have to be piled up as the structure rises, so sufficient consideration must be given to strength and collapse prevention, which complicates the structure, There are problems such as dismantling being troublesome. In addition, there is also a problem in that it is not possible to effectively utilize this space by taking up space on the ground surface because it is installed on the ground.

Secondly, at a construction site or the like that requires formworking, it is required to perform various works such as formwork, rebar assembly, concrete placing, etc. by scaffolding, so it is desirable to improve work efficiency. However, in the above-mentioned conventional scaffolding, it is difficult to perform up to the rebar assembly in the previous process in parallel after the concrete is placed, simply by using the formwork and the concrete, and the work efficiency is poor. was there.

Since the unit is a rectangular enclosure frame that is rigidly assembled (correspondingly), the burden on the height direction is greatly reduced, but the rectangular enclosure frame does not surround the construction building. It must be connected and arranged in the lateral direction, and a large number of unit bodies must be prepared, which requires time and effort for assembly and disassembly.

Further, the climbing of the rectangular surrounding frame body is not made while taking a reaction force while locking it to the body so as not to separate from the body, because it is made while taking a reaction force to the adjacent unit body. It is lacking in stability from the viewpoint of sticking to the body.

"Means for Solving Problems", "Action" The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the gist of the present invention is to provide a pair of opposed elevating masts provided with vertical traps on the outer surface between them. Suspended scaffolds with a large number of scaffolding plates mounted at regular intervals on the suspension chain are erected by hanging horizontal trusses by bolts, and the lifting mast is a rope stopper configured as a member disposed on the body side. , A locking hook with a fall prevention cam stopper, a wire or chain with a detachable locking block that is endlessly laid between the upper sheave and lower electric winch that are assembled to the sliding stopper , A guide rail made of I-shaped steel,
By providing a locking block that can move back and forth, and furthermore, the relationship between the horizontal truss and the lifting mast can be vertically slidably attached to the vertical guide pole that is installed on the lifting mast side. In addition, at least one end of the horizontal truss can be fixed to the endless rope, and a wire is stretched between the upper and lower ends of the opposing lifting mast via sheaves provided at both ends of the lower side of the horizontal truss. The smooth lifting and lowering mechanism of the horizontal truss with one-sided support is installed to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the unit, the stability during climbing, and the further assembly of the unit. The point is that the dismantling has been speeded up.

FIG. 6 shows a structure in which assembling and disassembling of the suspension scaffold 6 by attaching and detaching the horizontal truss 3 described above can be achieved without the need to bring in a lifting machine, and further convenience is achieved. The suspension scaffold 6 is omitted in the figure. That is, as shown in FIG. A, a pair of nipping rollers 30 having a V-shaped cross section attached to the corners of the horizontal truss 3 are assembled to the vertical guide poles 29 existing as vertical frames at the corners of the lifting mast 1. As shown in Fig. B, at least one end of the horizontal truss 3 can be attached to the rope 13 so that the horizontal truss 3 can be moved up and down by operating the electric winch 11. Further, wire 33 laid between the upper and lower ends of the opposing lifting masts 1,1 via take-out beams 31,32 and the like is stretched through sheaves 34,35 arranged at both lower ends of the horizontal truss 3. ,
This ensures a balanced movement of the sliding joints at both ends of the horizontal truss 3.

2. A horizontal truss for suspending a suspended scaffold, which is a suspension chain having a large number of scaffolding plates mounted at regular intervals on a suspension chain between upper ends of a pair of opposing lifting masts provided with a vertical ramp on the outer surface by bolting. It is installed on the lifting mast, and it is endlessly mounted between the upper and lower sheaves and the lower end electric winch that is attached to the rope stopper, the locking hook with the fall prevention cam stopper, and the sliding stopper, which are the members arranged on the body side. Equipped with a rope made of wire or a chain with a detachable locking block passed over, a guide rail made of I-shaped steel, and a locking block that can move back and forth, the horizontal truss can be raised and lowered with respect to the mast. A vertical guide pole arranged on the mast side is fitted with a nipping roller that is carried out from the side of the horizontal truss to make it vertically slidable and at least one end of the horizontal truss. A smooth horizontal truss that can be fastened to an endless rope and that has wires supported between the upper and lower ends of the opposing lifting mast via sheaves arranged at both ends of the horizontal truss to support one end. Lifting scaffolding characterized by being equipped with a lifting mechanism.
