Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 二枚の金属基板と、該夫々の金属基板上に
設けられた絶縁膜と、該夫々絶縁膜上に形成され
た所望形状の導電路と、該導電路上に固着された
複数の回路素子と、前記導電路の延在される前記
夫々の金属基板の終端部に形成された複数の導電
パツドと、絶縁樹脂よりなり前記二枚の金属基板
を離間すると共に回路素子を囲む封止部と前記封
止部の略中間部より前記二枚の金属基板の端部よ
り突出するコネクタ部とを有するケース材と、前
記夫々の導電パツドに一端が固着され前記ケース
材のコネクタ部の両面に当接し略先端部まで延在
される外部リードとを備え、前記二枚の金属基板
のいずれか一方の基板終端部を前記ケース材より
導出させ、前記導出させた前記基板上に電子部品
を実装したことを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (2) 前記電子部品は少なくともソケツトを介し
て実装されたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の混
成集積回路。
