を示す断面図である。第２図は第１図の油圧クラ
ツチの要部を拡大し且つ一部を切り欠いて示す図
であつて、クラツチの開放状態を示す図である。
第３図は第１図の油圧クラツチの係合待機状態あ
るいは係合状態を示す図であつて、第２図に対応
する図である。 １２：油圧クラツチ、２２：クラツチケース（
駆動側回転体）、４０：ピストン、４６：シリン
ダボア、５０：圧力室、５２：押圧プレート（移
動部材）、５６：クラツチデイスク（従動側回転
体）、６２：開閉弁、６６：第一排出油路（排出
油路）、７４：軸部外周面（開閉手段）、７６：
第三油路（供給油路）、７８：第二排出油路（排
出油路）、８０：流量調節弁、８２：ドレン、９
０：第一油路（供給油路）、９６：第二油路（供
給油路）、９８：減圧弁、１０４，１０８：環状

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 駆動側回転体および従動側回転体を互いに摩擦
    係合させるために移動させられる移動部材と、該
    移動部材を直接的に駆動するためにシリンダボア
    内に摺動可能に嵌合されたピストンと、該ピスト
    ンに設けられ、常には閉じられて該シリンダボア
    内の圧力室と該圧力室内の作動油を排出する排出
    油路との連通を阻止するが、該ピストンが前記移
    動部材に対して予め定められた一定の位置まで接
    近させられたとき、該ピストンと該移動部材との
    相対位置に関連して開かれて該圧力室と該排出油
    路とを連通させる開閉弁と、該排出油路とドレン
    との間に設けられ、アクセル操作に関連して開度
    が減少させられることにより該排出油路の流量を
    抑制する流量調節弁と、供給油路から前記圧力室
    内へ供給される油圧を減圧する一方、該排出油路
    に生じた油圧に従つて減圧作用を解くことにより
    該圧力室内へ供給される油圧を高める減圧弁とを
    備えた形式の油圧クラツチであつて、 前記ピストンに設けられ、前記供給油路から作
    動油が導かれる第二の供給油路と、 前記開閉弁が閉じられているときには、前記第
    二の供給油路を前記圧力室に連通させる開状態と
    されて該第二の供給油路から該圧力室への作動油
    の供給を許容するが、該開閉弁が開かれたときに
    は、該第二の供給油路と該圧力室との連通を阻止
    する閉状態とされて該第二の供給油路から該圧力
    室への作動油の供給を阻止する開閉手段と、 前記第二の供給油路または前記供給油路と前記
    圧力室との間に設けられ、前記開閉手段をバイパ
    スして該圧力室に作動油を供給する絞り油路と を含むことを特徴とする油圧クラツチ。
