Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エンジンを搭載した作業機本体と、該作業
    機本体に搭載され、内部に運転席と運転者が該運
    転席に着席した状態で操作される操作部材とが設
    けられた運転室と、運転者が乗降するために該運
    転室に回動可能に取付けられた開閉ドアとからな
    る建設機械において、前記運転室内には前記開閉
    ドアと運転席との間に位置し、運転者の乗降を妨
    げる位置に傾転させたときに前記エンジンを作動
    可能な状態にさせ、乗降を許す位置に戻したとき
    に該エンジンを停止させるエンジン操作レバーを
    設けたことを特徴とする建設機械。 (2) 前記開閉ドアは運転室にヒンジ部を介して
    回動可能に取付けられ、前記エンジン操作レバー
    は該開閉ドアに沿つて揺動可能に該開閉ドアと運
    転席との間に配設され、前記エンジンを作動可能
    な状態にさせるときには該開閉ドアと運転席との
    間を遮つて乗降を妨げる位置に傾転され、エンジ
    ンを停止させるときには前記開閉ドアのヒンジ部
    側へと乗降を許す位置に戻される請求項(1)に記
    載の建設機械。
