Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シートバツクがシートクツシヨンにヒンジ
    止めされて前倒しされるヒンジ付シートにおいて
    、 シートバツクを所定位置でロツクするロツク機
    構を具備し、ロツク機構は、 シートバツクのブラケツトに形成された挿通孔
    と、 シートフレームのヒンジブラケツトに形成され
    、シートバツクのブラケツトの挿通孔に整列可能
    な一対の係合孔と、 シートバツクのブラケツトの挿通孔に内方から
    挿通され、シートフレームのヒンジブラケツトの
    各係合孔に着脱自在に係合されるロツクピンを一
    端に有し、その一端と、シートバツクのヒンジを
    構成しプツシユボタンの取付けられる他端とを同
    一方向に折り曲げてなるロツドと、 ロツドの両端末を外方に偏倚する偏倚手段と、 を備え、シートバツクの所定位置において、ロ
    ツクピンが、偏倚手段の偏倚力によつて、シート
    クツシヨンのヒンジブラケツトの一方の係合孔に
    係合されて、シートバツクをロツクし、 操作ボタンを押圧し、偏倚手段の偏倚力に抗し
    てロツドを内方に押し込み、ロツクピンを一方の
    係合孔から離脱させることによつて、ロツクが解
    除され、シートバツクの回動が可能となるヒンジ
    付シート。 (2) シートバツクがシートクツシヨンにヒンジ
    止めされて前倒しされるヒンジ付シートにおいて
    、 シートバツクを所定位置でロツクするロツク機
    構を具備し、ロツク機構は、 シートバツクのブラケツトに形成された第１、
    第２の挿通孔と、 シートフレームのヒンジブラケツトに形成され
    、シートバツクのブラケツトの第１の挿通孔に整
    列可能な一対の係合孔と、 シートバツクのブラケツトの第１の挿通孔に内
    方から挿通され、シートフレームのヒンジブラケ
    ツトの係合孔に着脱自在に係合されるロツクピン
    を一端に有し、その一端と、シートバツクのブラ
    ケツトの第２の挿通孔に内方から挿通され、端末
    にプツシユボタンの取付けられる他端とを、同一
    方向に折り曲げてなるロツドと、 ロツドの両端末を外方に偏倚する偏倚手段と、 を備え、シートバツクの所定位置において、ロ
    ツクピンが、偏倚手段の偏倚力によつて、シート
    フレームのヒンジブラケツトの一方の係合孔に係
    合されて、シートバツクをロツクし、 プツシユボタンを押圧し、偏倚手段の偏倚力に
    抗してロツドを内方に押し込み、ロツクピンを一
    方の係合孔から離脱させることによつて、ロツク
    が解除され、シートバツクの回動が可能となるヒ
    ンジ付シート。
