【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
この発明はポリエステルフィルムの熱接着装置に関する

(従来の技術)
従来ポリエステルフィルム製袋の製作などのためにポリ
エステルフィルムを2枚重ね合わせたものの端辺(被接
着辺)を熱接着する技術として、例えば特公昭58−3
8297号公報「ポリエステルフィルムの熱接着法」に
見られるように、2枚重ね合わせたポリエステルフィル
ム片Aを挟圧支持するための、一定長の挟圧支持板イ、
口を上下に設けたクランプ装置、挟圧支持板イ、口の外
方に突出する被接着辺aに所要の加熱を与えるための、
被接着辺a全長に相対して配置する一定温度の加熱体ハ
を接近させ、離反させる加熱装置とからなる熱接着装置
がある(第5図a、b)。
エステルフィルムを2枚重ね合わせたものの端辺(被接

を接近させ、離反させる加熱装置とからなる熱接着装置
がある(第5図a、b)。

(構 成)
つぎにこの発明を、一実施態様を示す図面に基いて説明
する。

の先行部分から次第に溶融していき、この溶融により被
接前辺aには収縮が発生し、この収縮がフィルム片Aの

(効 果)
この発明ではフィルム片を無端ベルトのベルト面間に送
り込んでいく作業により連続的に熱接着処理がなされる
から、長さの一定しない長尺のフィルム片でも簡単且つ
円滑に、定尺のフィルム片を次々に間断なく能率よく熱
接着処理をすることができ、また被接前辺の収縮を考慮
しながら被接前辺の極近傍から一定の低温度の加熱での
上記熱接着ができるから熱劣化が生ぜず機械的強度が大
ぎい接着が得られ、そして作業性がよい等の効果を奏す
る。

Claims (1)
- 無端ベルト1、2を上下に、それらの対向するベルト面
間で被接着ポリエステルフィルム片Aを挟圧支持可能に
配置し、該両無端ベルト1、2の対向するベルト面を同
一方向に移行するようにした接離手段3と、該接離手段
3により挟持される被接着ポリエステルフィルム片Aの
、無端ベルト1、2外に突出する被接着辺aに沿って略
々有効ベルト長に相当する棒状加熱体4を設けた加熱手
段5とからなり、その加熱手段5における棒状加熱体4
の加熱面4aの被接着辺aに対する間隔が加熱始め部分
から加熱終り部分にかけて次第に小さくなり、加熱終り
部分では、見掛け上加熱終り部分が被接着辺aに重なっ
ていくように設定されていることを特徴とするポリエス
テルフィルムの熱接着装置。
