Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相互に角変位する一対の部材に、その角変
位する軸線に同軸に円環状であつてかつ板状のリ
ングをそれぞれ固定し、各部材にそれぞれ固定さ
れているリングの前記軸線方向の間隔を小さく設
定し、ジグザグ状の環状空間を形成したことを特
徴とする工業用ロボツトのシール装置。 (2) 環状空間の内方側から圧縮気体を供給する
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
