第1図は本考案に係る密封装置が装着された軸
受を示す一部省略断面図であり、第2図および第
3図のそれぞれは本考案の変形例に係る密封装置
が装着された軸受の要部を示す断面図である。ま
た、第4図は、従来例に係る密封装置が装着され
た軸受を示す一部省略断面図である。 図における符号1は軸受、2は密封装置、3は
外輪(第1の部材)、4は内輪(第2の部材)、
4aはその周段部、4bは凹部、6は磁性流体保
持部材、7は磁性部材、8は弾性体、8aはその
スリンガー部である。なお、図中の同一符号は、
互いに同一もしくは相当する部品、部分を示して
いる。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 同軸状に配置されて相対回転する内外一対の部
材のうち、第1の部材に磁性流体保持部材を嵌着
するとともに、この磁性流体保持部材との間で磁
気回路を構成する磁性部材を第2の部材に配設し
てなる密封装置において、 前記磁性部材を筒状の弾性体を介在させて第2
の部材に圧入し、かつ、前記弾性体の軸方向内端
の外径側にスリンガー部を一体形成する一方、 前記第2の部材に、前記弾性体の軸方向内端側
で圧入によつて生じる内径側への弾性変形を許容
する凹部を形成したことを特徴とする密封装置。
