モータ、７はピニオン、８は吐出口、９は摺動台
、１０はフレーム側板、１１はフレームベース、
１２は案内棒、１３は送りねじ棒、１４はカツプ
リング、１６は仕切板、１７は吐出口、１８は摺
動台、１９は案内棒、２０は送りねじ棒、２１は
ボツクス、２２はモータ逆転用センサ、２３は洗
浄水管、２４は流量計、２５は流量調節弁、２６
は洗浄水管である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の角度で傾斜を保ち、試料を両側縁で支持
    する試料台と、この試料台を斜め方向に往復動さ
    せる試料台移動機構と、鉛直方向に上から下に洗
    浄水を前記試料の表面に向つて落射流出させる吐
    出口を備えた摺動台と、この摺動台を所定の位置
    に固定させるか、または水平方向に往復させる駆
    動機構と、さらに前記試料台の裏側に配置され、
    前記試料の裏面に向けて洗浄水を流出させる吐出
    口を備えた摺動台と、この摺動台を所定の位置に
    固定させるか、あるいは横方向に往復させる駆動
    機構とを備えたことを特徴とする試料洗浄装置。
