成図、である。 図中、１０は交流電源、１１は整流ブリツジ、
２１はオン・オフ制御トランジスタ、３０は電源
線路異常検出回路、３１はコレクターエミツタ間
の電圧異常検出回路、３２，３３は電圧異常検出
のための電圧検出抵抗、３４は検出された電圧値
に基づいて異常電圧状態でオン・オフ制御トラン
ジスタを強制的にターン・オフするスイツチング
・トランジスタ、である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路電源を整流した直流電流線路の短絡または
    異常な低インピーダンス状態を検出する直流電源
    線路異常検出装置であつて； 制御入力となる一端子と、該制御入力にオン指
    令信号が与えられているときに導通する主電流線
    路の両端となる二つの端子を少なくとも有し、該
    主電流線路が上記直流電源線路に直列に介挿され
    たオン・オフ制御トランジスタと； 該オン・オフ制御トランジスタの上記主電流線
    路両端電圧を監視し、該電圧が所定の電圧以上と
    なつたとき、上記オン指令信号を該オン・オフ制
    御トランジスタの上記制御入力から除去し、該オ
    ン・オフ制御トランジスタを非道通とするスイツ
    チング回路と； を有することを特徴とする直流電源線路の異常検
    出装置。
