  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路基板と、前記回路基板に固着された半導体
    チツプと、前記半導体チツプ内の電極と前記半導
    体チツプ外の接続部とを接続するワイヤとを含む
    混成集積回路装置において、 前記半導体チツプを囲むように絶縁性保護枠を
    配設し、前記保護枠を前記回路基板に固着し、前
    記保護枠の高さを前記半導体チツプの厚さ以上に
    設定し、前記ワイヤを前記保護枠の上を通るよう
    に配設したことを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
