Claims (1)
- 真空容器内にターゲツトと基板とを対向配置す
るとともに、前記基板を移動させながら該基板表
面に前記ターゲツトのスパツタリング粒子を付着
するようにした移動成膜方式のスパツタリング装
置において、前記移動する基板が前記ターゲツト
と対向する成膜領域以外の領域に位置するとき、
該領域に在る基板の表面を覆うための防着カバー
を前記基板表面に近接して配設し、前記成膜領域
においてのみターゲツト粒子が前記基板に付着す
るようにしたことを特徴とする移動成膜方式のス
パツタリング装置。
