アから作業テーブル上にあるいはその逆に移載す
る移載装置におけるワーク体を保持するハンド装
置において、ワーク体を保持する真空吸着ヘツド
先端の吸着パツドに囲まれる中心位置に先端径を
小さくした基準ピンを突出形成し、前記ワーク体
に形成した基板穴に前記基準ピンを対応嵌入させ
て真空吸着するようにしたことを特徴とするワー
