設するとともに、上端にこのテーパ孔３に対応す
るテーパ状部６を備えたグリツパ４を本体１の内
部に設けられた弾発体８によりテーパ状部６をテ
ーパ孔３に弾性的に密着させて支持させ、更にテ
ーパ状部６の上部中央と本体１間には、グリツパ
４の回転を防止する回転防止部材１０を昇降動可
