Claims (1)
- 金属性底板と金属性シールドケースとからなる
ハウジング内に、該底板に対して周縁部が封着さ
れて該底板の貫通孔より導入された圧力に対応す
る変位を発生するダイヤフラムと、該ダイヤフラ
ムに対して無機質絶縁片を介して固着された可動
電極と、該底板に対して無機質絶縁体を介して該
可動電極に対向して固定された固定電極と、該固
定電極の背面に設けられた加熱要素と、を少くと
も封入してなることを特徴とする小型圧力センサ
。
