Claims (6)
- 排熱チューブの外周面に装着された熱電発電モジュールと、
前記熱電発電モジュールの外周面に装着され、冷却材が流れる冷却管と
を備えたチューブ型熱交換器であって、
前記熱電発電モジュールは、前記排熱チューブの外周面を高温源、前記冷却管の内周面を低温源として熱電発電を行い、
前記熱電発電モジュールは、周方向の一部に、軸方向に沿って延びる間隙が設けられており、
前記冷却管は、内管と外管とからなる二重冷却管からなり、
前記内管は、前記熱電発電モジュールの外周面に巻き付けられており、
前記内管の周方向における巻き付け両端部は、前記間隙の位置で、軸方向に沿って溶接されており、
前記内管は、前記熱電発電モジュールの外周面に密着している、熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。 - 前記熱電発電モジュールの外周面と、前記冷却管の内周面との間に、熱伝達シートがさらに設けられている、請求項1に記載の熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。
- 前記熱伝達シートは、柔軟性を有する多孔質金属膜で構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。
- 前記熱伝達シートは、金属メッキを施した織物で構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。
- 前記熱伝達シートは、柔軟性のカーボンシートで構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。
- 前記排熱チューブの外周面と、前記熱電発電モジュールの内周面との間に、集熱体がさらに設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の熱電発電機能付きチューブ型熱交換器。
