Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の電子部品が実装された基板と、前記基板を収容するケースとを含み、車両に搭載される車載電気機器において、
前記基板を支持するように前記ケースに設けられ、自然冷却または強制冷却される基板支持部と、
前記基板支持部と間隔をおいて対向するように前記ケースに設けられた対向部と、
前記対向部により支持され、前記基板支持部により支持された前記基板の前記電子部品または前記基板を前記基板支持部に押し付ける押圧機構と、
を備え、
前記押圧機構は、
それぞれ前記基板支持部により支持された前記基板の対応する前記電子部品に当接可能な複数の当接部材と、前記複数の当接部材を対応する前記電子部品に当接するように間隔をおいて支持する支持部材とを含むと共に、前記基板支持部と前記対向部との間に配置される押圧部材と、
前記対向部と前記支持部材との間に配置され、前記押圧部材を前記基板支持部側に付勢する複数の弾性体と、
前記支持部材と前記基板支持部との間に位置するように前記対向部により支持されると共に、前記押圧部材の前記複数の当接部材を前記電子部品に当接するように摺動自在に支持するガイド部材とを含む車載電気機器。 - 請求項1に記載の車載電気機器において、
前記電子部品は、前記基板から前記対向部側および前記基板支持部側の双方に露出するように前記基板に実装される車載電気機器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車載電気機器において、
前記複数の前記弾性体は、対応する前記当接部材の前記対向部側の端部と対向するように前記対向部と前記支持部材との間に配置される車載電気機器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車載電気機器において、前記弾性体は、コイルスプリングである車載電気機器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車載電気機器において、前記弾性体は、板ばねである車載電気機器。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車載電気機器において、
前記基板支持部は、前記ケースの底部、前記底部の上方に位置する前記ケースの床部、または前記ケースの天井部であり、前記対向部は、前記基板支持部と上下方向に対向する前記ケースの前記底部、前記床部または前記天井部である車載電気機器。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車載電気機器において、
前記車両は、車輪に駆動力を出力する電動機と、前記電動機に電力を供給するバッテリとを含む電動車両であり、
前記基板は、外部電源からの電力による前記バッテリの充電に供される機器を構成する車載電気機器。
