Description
コア-シェルカプセル3を、200rpmの撹拌下、室温に保たれた0.1MのHCl溶液に対して1質量%の、ポリマーシェル5の前駆体としての、キトサンが加えられることによって、調整した。可溶化の後、酸化防止剤材料として、タンニン酸が、キトサン溶液に対して2質量%で加えられ、同じ条件で撹拌が維持された。その可溶化の後、得られた処方を、噴霧乾燥し、少なくとも90%の粒子が10μm未満の粒径(直径)を有する単分散のカプセルの形態で存在するコア-シェルカプセル3を得た。
シェルのない、酸化防止剤粒子を、200rpmの撹拌下、室温に保たれた水溶液に対して4質量%でタンニン酸を加えることによって調製した。その可溶化の後、得られた処方を噴霧乾燥し、粒子の少なくとも90%が10μm未満の粒径(直径)を有する単分散の粒子の形態で存在する粒子を得た。
Sigma Aldrichから購入したタンニン酸を、粒子への変換工程にそれを供することのない比較サンプルとして選択した。サンプルC2は、少なくとも90%の粒子が100μm未満の粒径(直径)を有する粉末の形態で存在した。
本発明にしたがって、低い膜厚のコーティングを得るために、上記のサンプルS1、C1及びC2を、その後二種類のポリマーマトリックスに分散させた。
サンプルS1、C1及びC2の酸化防止能を、酸化反応の阻害を測定するために、微小熱量測定法によって試験して、標準参照としての亜麻仁油(LO)単独、並びにサンプルS1、C1及びC2と混合したLOを比較した。定温モードにおいて、温度自動調節器中のオイルは、30℃の温度に維持され、生成した熱を経時的に連続測定した。
サンプルS1及びC1を含むコーティングの酸化防止能を、酸化反応の阻害を測定するために、微小熱量測定法によって試験して、標準参照としての亜麻仁油(LO)単独、並びにサンプルS1及びC1を含むコーティングと混合されたLOを比較した。定温モードにおいて、温度自動調節器中のオイルは、30℃の温度に維持され、生成した熱を、経時的に連続測定した。

- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、アクリル樹脂(acrylics)、アクリル樹脂-スチレン、ビニル-アルキドコポリマー、ウレタン-アクリル樹脂、脂肪族-ウレタン、ウレタン、ポリエステル、バイオポリエステル、エポキシ、シロキサン、ポリシロキサン、ポリウレタン、フェノール樹脂、ポリエチレン-co-(ビニルアルコール)(EVOH)、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)(PVAL)、ポリ(乳酸-co-グリコール酸)(PLGA)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリスチレン(PS)及びそれらのコポリマー、ポリ(ビニルアセテート)(PVAC)、水性及び水希釈性ラテックスからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが0.5~100μmに含まれる厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記酸化防止剤のカプセルが、前記ポリマーコーティングに対して、5~50質量%に含まれる量で添加される、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記シェルの質量及び前記コア-シェル系の全体の質量の比が、0.25~0.75に含まれる、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、ポリマーコーティングに対して1~30質量%に含まれる量で充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、ポリプロピレン(PP)、延伸ポリプロピレン(OPP)、二軸延伸ポリプロピレン(BOPP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、ポリアミド(PA)、二軸延伸ポリアミド(BOPA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート(BOPET)、ポリエチレンフラノエート(PEF)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、ポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、バイオ-延伸ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)、デンプン混合物、紙、積層紙(laminated paper)、リグニンセルロース混合物並びにセロファンからなる群から選択される基材と結合される、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- ポリマーコーティングが、ポリエチレン、機械方向延伸ポリエチレン(MDO-PE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、アクリル樹脂、アクリル樹脂-スチレン、アクリルコポリマー、シロキサン及びポリシロキサンからなる群から選択されるポリマー層で覆われる、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
