Description
Claims (16)
- 電気自動車への包含のために構成された電気自動車配電システムであって、
ソリッドコア導体、絶縁層、前記絶縁層に対して圧着されたシールド層、および、前記ソリッドコア導体から形成される少なくとも1つの成形コネクタを備える一体型バスバーであって、前記シールド層は、単一成形構成部品から形成される導電性材料である、一体型バスバーと、
前記バスバー上で前記少なくとも1つの成形コネクタと電気接続するよう構成される第1の接続点と、
前記少なくとも1つの成形コネクタと反対側にある端部において前記バスバーに電気的に結合される第2の接続点と、
前記シールド層に接続された剛性接地導体であって、前記シールド層は、前記剛性接地導体を介して前記電気自動車に接地されている、剛性接地導体と、
を備え、
前記一体型バスバーは、電気自動車の内部構成に合致するように曲げられている、電気自動車配電システム。 - 前記第1の接続点が電気自動車充電ポートである、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記第2の接続点が電気自動車のバッテリコネクタである、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記成形コネクタが前記ソリッドコア導体から鍛造される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記成形コネクタが、平坦化部分と、該平坦化部分を貫通して配設される貫通孔とを備える、請求項4に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記一体型バスバーが、400Vで350kWの充電をサポートしながら、シールド層温度を約100℃以下に維持することができる、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記ソリッドコア導体がアルミニウム導体または銅導体である、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記シールド層がアルミニウムシールド層または銅シールド層である、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記絶縁層が、架橋ポリエチレン(XLPE)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PCV)、またはシリコーンを備える、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記バスバーが、350kWでの充電をサポートすることができる、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記バスバーが、400Vでの充電をサポートすることができる、請求項10に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記導体の断面の表面積が約200mm2である、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記絶縁層の厚みが約1mmである、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記シールド層の厚みが約1mmである、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記バスバーが2つの成形コネクタを備え、そのうち一方の成形コネクタが前記ソリッドコア導体の両端にて鍛造される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
- 前記2つの成形コネクタがそれぞれ貫通孔を備える、請求項15に記載の電気自動車配電システム。
