Description
本発明は、電極組立体の製造方法を第1実施形態として提供する。本発明に係る電極組立体の製造方法の順序が示された図2に記載されたように、本実施形態による製造方法は、単位セル製造段階(S10)、フィルム挿入段階(S20)、単位セル積層段階(S30)、接着剤塗布段階(S40)、フィルム折り畳み段階(S50)を含む。
本発明は、第1実施形態による製造方法により製造され得る電極組立体を第2実施形態として提供する。
Claims (9)
- 負極及び正極が分離膜を挟んで繰り返し積層される電極組立体の製造方法であって、
負極、分離膜、正極の予め定められた積層構造を有する単位セルを製造する単位セル製造段階と、
型枠内にフィルムを挿入するフィルム挿入段階と、
前記型枠内に前記単位セルを積層する単位セル積層段階と、
前記型枠内に積層された前記単位セルと前記フィルムとの間に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布段階と、を含み、
前記フィルム挿入段階の後に、予め定められた単位セルの積層が完了するまで、前記単位セル積層段階と前記接着剤塗布段階とが繰り返される電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記単位セル製造段階においては、前記分離膜の端部同士を接合して接合部が形成されるように単位セルを製造し、
前記接着剤塗布段階においては、互いに上下に隣接して置かれた単位セルそれぞれの接合部の間に前記接着剤が注入されるように塗布する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記単位セル製造段階においては、下から分離膜/負極/分離膜/正極の順序で積層されたモノセル、又は、分離膜/正極/分離膜/負極の順序で積層されたモノセルで単位セルを製造する、請求項2に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記単位セル製造段階においては、下から分離膜/負極/分離膜の順序で積層されたハーフセル、又は、分離膜/正極/分離膜の順序で積層されたハーフセルを前記モノセルとは別途に単位セルとして製造し、
前記単位セル積層段階が繰り返して行われる間に、前記モノセルで積層が行われるが、前記単位セル積層段階が最後に行われる際には、前記ハーフセルで積層が行われる、請求項3に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤塗布段階において塗布される接着剤は、流動性を有するレジン(resin)、熱硬化接着剤、UV硬化樹脂剤から選択されたいずれか一つである、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤塗布段階において塗布される接着剤は、熱硬化接着剤であり、
前記型枠に熱を加えて熱硬化接着剤を硬化させる加熱段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤塗布段階において塗布される接着剤は、UV硬化樹脂剤であり、
前記フィルムを透過して前記接着剤が塗布された部分に紫外線を照射するUV照射段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記フィルム挿入段階において、前記型枠内に前記フィルムを挿入する場合、前記フィルムの下端は、最初の単位セルが積層された際に前記単位セルの最下層面の下に積層されるように折り畳まれた状態で挿入される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 最後の単位セルの積層が完了する場合、前記フィルムの上端は、最上層の単位セルの最上層面の上に積層されるように折り畳まれる折り畳み段階と、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
