Description
天然結合剤組成物を調製し、以下のように使用した。改質セルロース(例えば、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウム)を水に溶解させて、改質セルロース溶液を製造した。クエン酸及びポリエチレングリコールを改質セルロース溶液に添加して、水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。30gのCMC、15gのクエン酸、15gのポリエチレングリコール、及び950gの水を使用して、1リットルの天然結合剤を調製した。改質セルロース、クエン酸、及びポリエチレングリコールを別々に水に溶解させて、改質セルロース溶液、クエン酸溶液、及びポリエチレングリコール溶液をそれぞれ得た。更に、クエン酸溶液とポリエチレングリコール溶液との両方を改質セルロース溶液に配合し、次いで、配合物を室温で30分間撹拌して水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。
天然結合剤組成物を調製し、以下のように使用した。改質セルロース(例えば、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウム)を水に溶解させて、改質セルロース溶液を製造した。湿潤強度剤及びポリエチレンエマルジョン溶液を改質セルロース溶液に添加して、水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。湿潤強度剤は、POLYCUP架橋樹脂であった。30gのCMC、3.6gの湿潤強度剤、10gのポリエチレンエマルジョン、及び956.4gの水を使用して、1リットルの天然結合剤を調製した。改質セルロース、湿潤強度剤、及びポリエチレンエマルジョンを別々に水に混合して、改質セルロース溶液、湿潤強度剤溶液、及びポリエチレンエマルジョン溶液をそれぞれ得た。更に、湿潤強度剤溶液とポリエチレンエマルジョン溶液との両方を改質セルロース溶液に配合し、次いで、配合物を室温で30分間撹拌して水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。
天然結合剤組成物を調製し、以下のように使用した。改質セルロース(例えば、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウム)を水に溶解させて、改質セルロース溶液を製造した。改質セルロース溶液に湿潤強度剤を添加して、水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。湿潤強度剤は、POLYCUP 2000架橋樹脂であった。30kgのCMC(固体)、4.5kgの湿潤強度剤(固体)、及び965.5kgの水を使用して、1,000kgの天然結合剤を調製した。改質セルロース及び湿潤強度剤を別々に水に混合して、改質セルロース溶液及び湿潤強度剤溶液をそれぞれ得た。また、改質セルロース溶液に湿潤強度剤溶液を配合し、次いで、配合物を室温で30分間撹拌して水性天然結合剤組成物を形成した。
第1の態様:不織布であって、不織布の総重量に基づいて、約85重量%~約99.99重量%の量の繊維ウェブと、不織布の総重量に基づいて、約0.01重量%~約15重量%の量の硬化天然結合剤と、を含み、繊維ウェブが、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含み、天然繊維は、不織布の総重量に基づいて、約70重量%~約90重量%の量で不織布中に存在し、合成繊維は、不織布の総重量に基づいて、約10重量%~約30重量%の量で不織布中に存在し、硬化天然結合剤は、改質セルロース及び強化剤を、約1:2~約1:1000の強化剤対改質セルロースの重量比で含み、改質セルロースは、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウムを含み、強化剤は、架橋剤及び/又は湿潤強度剤を含み、架橋剤は、2つ以上のカルボキシル基を有するカルボン酸を含み、湿潤強度剤は、ハロゲン化物基、塩化物基、フッ化物基、ヒドロキシル基、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応性官能基を含む、不織布。
Claims (16)
- 不織布であって、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、85重量%~99.99重量%の量の繊維ウェブと、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、0.01重量%~15重量%の量の硬化天然結合剤と、を含み、前記繊維ウェブが、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含み、前記天然繊維は、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、70重量%~90重量%の量で前記不織布中に存在し、前記合成繊維は、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、10重量%~30重量%の量で前記不織布中に存在し、前記硬化天然結合剤は、改質セルロース及び強化剤を、1:2~1:1000の強化剤対改質セルロースの重量比で含み、前記改質セルロースは、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)及び/又はカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム(CMCナトリウム)を含み、前記強化剤は、架橋剤及び湿潤強度剤を含み、前記架橋剤は、クエン酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸およびリンゴ酸からなる群から選択され、前記湿潤強度剤は、ハロゲン化物基、塩化物基、フッ化物基、ヒドロキシル基、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応性官能基を含み、
前記天然繊維はセルロース系繊維を含み、前記合成繊維は生分解性合成繊維を含み、前記不織布は、生分解性度が99%以上であり、前記生分解性度は、ISO 17556:2003 Eに従って測定された土壌中の好気性生分解性を指し、前記不織布がラテックス及びホルムアルデヒドを含まない、不織布。 - 前記架橋剤はクエン酸を含む、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記湿潤強度剤はポリアミドエピクロロヒドリンを含む、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記不織布が、前記不織布の表面積に基づいて、0.005g/m2~10g/m2の量の前記硬化天然結合剤を含む、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- ワイプ、ウェットワイプ、ベビーワイプ、消毒用ワイプ、ティッシュ、タオル、ダブルリクレープ(DRC)物品、医療用ドレープ、包帯、キャップ、フェイスマスク、外科用スクラブ、医療用ガウン、フィルタ、おむつ、パッド、包装材、断熱材、カーペット、内装材、布地乾燥機用シート、使い捨て織物、イヤホン保護カバー、断熱材、壁紙、シードブランケット、農業用ラップ、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、物品に使用するための請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記不織布は多層不織布を含み、前記繊維ウェブが、第1の外層と、第2の外層とを含み、前記第1の外層、前記第2の外層、又は前記第1の外層及び前記第2の外層の両方が前記硬化天然結合剤を含み、前記繊維ウェブの各層は、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記第1の外層が前記硬化天然結合剤を含み、前記第2の外層は前記硬化天然結合剤を含めておらず、前記第1の外層内の天然繊維の量は、前記第2の外層内の天然繊維の量よりも多い、請求項6に記載の不織布。
- 前記不織布は、前記多層不織布の総重量に基づいて、98重量%の量の繊維ウェブと、前記多層不織布の総重量に基づいて、2重量%の量の硬化天然結合剤と、を含み、前記繊維ウェブの各層は、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含み、前記天然繊維は、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、80重量%の量で前記不織布中に存在し、前記合成繊維は、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて18質量%の量で前記不織布中に存在する、請求項6に記載の不織布。
- 不織布を製造する方法であって、
(a)複数の繊維を繊維ウェブに形成する工程であって、前記繊維ウェブが、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含み、前記天然繊維は、前記繊維ウェブの総重量に基づいて、70重量%~90重量%の量で前記繊維ウェブ中に存在し、前記合成繊維は、前記繊維ウェブの総重量に基づいて、10重量%~30重量%の量で繊維ウェブ中に存在する、工程と、
(b)前記繊維ウェブの少なくとも一部を水性天然結合剤と接触させて結合剤含浸繊維ウェブを形成する工程であって、前記水性天然結合剤が、改質セルロース、強化剤及び水を含み、前記改質セルロースは、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウムを含み、前記強化剤は、架橋剤及び湿潤強度剤を含み、前記架橋剤は、クエン酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸およびリンゴ酸からなる群から選択され、前記湿潤強度剤は、ハロゲン化物基、塩化物基、フッ化物基、ヒドロキシル基、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応性官能基を含む、工程と、
(c)前記結合剤含浸繊維ウェブを硬化させて前記不織布を形成する工程であって、前記不織布が、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、85重量%~99.99重量%の量の前記繊維ウェブを含み、前記不織布は、前記不織布の総重量に基づいて、0.01重量%~15重量%の量の硬化天然結合剤を含む、工程と、

前記天然繊維はセルロース系繊維を含み、前記合成繊維は生分解性合成繊維を含み、前記不織布は、生分解性度が99%以上であり、前記生分解性度は、ISO 17556:2003 Eに従って測定された土壌中の好気性生分解性を指し、前記不織布がラテックス及びホルムアルデヒドを含まない、方法。 - 工程(a)が、エアレイドプロセス、スパンレイドプロセス及びウェットレイドプロセスからなる群から選択されるプロセスを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が、前記結合剤含浸繊維ウェブを110℃~220℃の温度に加熱することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が熱結合及び化学結合を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記不織布が多層不織布を含み、前記繊維ウェブを形成する工程が、ドライレイドプロセスによって前記複数の繊維を多層繊維ウェブに形成する工程を含み、
前記多層繊維ウェブが、第1の外層と、第2の外層とを含み、前記多層繊維ウェブの各層は、天然繊維及び合成繊維を含み、
前記繊維ウェブの少なくとも一部を接触させる工程は、前記第1の外層の少なくとも一部及び/又は前記第2の外層の少なくとも一部を水性天然結合剤と接触させて結合剤含浸繊維ウェブを形成する工程を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 単層不織布であって、前記単層不織布の総重量に基づいて、85重量%~99.99重量%の量の繊維ウェブと、前記単層不織布の総重量に基づいて、0.01重量%~15重量%の量の硬化天然結合剤と、を含み、前記繊維ウェブが天然繊維を含み、前記天然繊維は、前記単層不織布の総重量に基づいて、85重量%~99.99重量%の量で前記単層不織布中に存在し、前記硬化天然結合剤は、改質セルロース及び強化剤を、1:2~1:1000の強化剤対改質セルロースの重量比で含み、前記改質セルロースは、CMC及び/又はCMCナトリウムを含み、前記強化剤は、架橋剤及び湿潤強度剤を含み、前記架橋剤は、クエン酸、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸およびリンゴ酸からなる群から選択され、前記湿潤強度剤は、ハロゲン化物基、塩化物基、フッ化物基、ヒドロキシル基、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの反応性官能基を含み、
