調製実施例1
アルミナ上に担持された2% Znの調製
Al2O3を破砕し、12~20メッシュにふるい分けし、窒素下で、125℃で4時間、次いで250℃で4時間乾燥させた。0.833グラムのZnCl2を24.2グラムの水に溶かし、この溶液を、20グラムの乾燥Al2O3が入ったビーカーに注いだ。この混合物を、ZnCl2溶液がすべてAl2O3に吸収されるまで撹拌した。結果として得られた触媒を空気乾燥させ、次に窒素下で、125℃で4時間、次いで250℃で4時間乾燥させた。
アルミナ上に担持された0.2%のKの調製
Al2O3を破砕し、12~20メッシュにふるい分けし、窒素下で、250℃で4時間乾燥させた。0.1024グラムのKHCO3を16.2グラムの水に溶かし、この溶液を、20グラムの乾燥Al2O3が入ったビーカーに注いだ。この混合物を、KHCO3溶液がすべてAl2O3によって吸収されるまで撹拌した。結果として得られた触媒を空気乾燥させ、次に窒素下において、125℃で4時間、次いで250℃で4時間乾燥させた。
アルミナ上に担持された0.2%のMgの調製
Al2O3を破砕し、12~20メッシュにふるい分けし、窒素下において、250℃で4時間乾燥させた。0.0783グラムのMgCl2を13.0グラムの水に溶かし、この溶液を、10グラムの乾燥Al2O3が入ったビーカーに注いだ。この混合物を、ZnCl2溶液がすべてAl2O3に吸収されるまで撹拌した。結果として得られた触媒を空気乾燥させ、次に窒素下において、125℃で4時間、次いで250℃で4時間乾燥させた。

実施例6は、亜鉛ドープされたAl2O3触媒を通した、空気の存在下での、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例7は、ドープされていないAl2O3触媒を通した、空気の存在下での、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例8は、カリウムドープされたAl2O3触媒を通した、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例9は、カリウムドープされたAl2O3触媒を通した、空気の存在下における、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例10は、Cr2O3触媒を通した、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例11は、Cr2O3触媒を通した、空気の存在下における、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
実施例12は、マグネシウムドープされたAl2O3触媒を通した、HFC-245faの触媒的脱フッ化水素化を示す。
Claims (4)
- 1,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO-1234ze)と、CF3CH2CHF2(HFC-245fa)と、HFC-143(C2H3F3)、HFC-245cb(CF3CF2CH3)、およびHFC-152a(CH3CHF2)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の構成要素とを含み、前記少なくとも1種の構成要素の総量は、HFO-1234zeおよび前記少なくとも1種の構成要素の総量を基準として0.8モル%未満であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 前記構成要素がHFC-143を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記構成要素がHFC-152aを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が冷媒であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
