Claims (13)
- 1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを製造するプロセスであって、アルミナ上に担持された金属化合物を含む触媒の存在下で、蒸気相の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンの脱フッ化水素化を行うことによって、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンおよび2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む生成混合物を製造することを含み、前記金属化合物が、カリウム、亜鉛、及びマグネシウムの無機塩、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンに対する選択性が少なくとも99.0%である、プロセス。
- 前記金属化合物が、カリウム、亜鉛、及びマグネシウムの、ハロゲン化物、重炭酸塩、炭酸塩、硝酸塩、酸化物、及びオキシフッ化物、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒がフッ素化剤で前処理される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記フッ素化剤がHFである、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属化合物がZnCl2である、請求項1、3又は4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、250℃〜350℃の温度で実施される、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属化合物がKHCO3である、請求項1、3又は4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、250℃〜350℃の温度で実施される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属化合物がMgCl2である、請求項1、3又は4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが希釈剤の存在下で実施される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが酸素又は空気の存在下で実施される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンに対する選択性が少なくとも99.5%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記生成混合物から1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを回収することを更に含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
