Description
Claims (13)
- 浮遊式防波堤構造物であって、
水面に配置され、汀線から所定の距離を置いて沖合に設置されるように構成された浮遊式プラットフォームであって、岸を向く1の長辺と、水平線を向く別の長辺とを有する浮遊式プラットフォームと、
係留システムであって、
前記浮遊式プラットフォームの1の長辺側で海底に位置するサイドアンカーの少なくとも1のペアと、前記浮遊式プラットフォームの別の長辺側で海底に位置するサイドアンカーの少なくとも1の他方のペアと、
前記浮遊式プラットフォームに一端が連結された交差する係留バネ線の少なくとも2のペアとを備え、
前記交差する係留バネ線の各ペアは、一端が前記浮遊式プラットフォームの対応する長辺に連結され、他端がサイドアンカーの対応するペアに連結され、それにより前記浮遊式防波堤構造物が海底に固定されている、係留システムと、
前記浮遊式プラットフォームの長辺のいずれか一方に配置された減衰システムであって、波を砕いて、前記浮遊式防波堤構造物を安定させるとともに、波の動きにより付与される波のエネルギーおよび応力を吸収するように構成された減衰システムとを備え、
前記減衰システムは、浮体のセットを含み、それら浮体が独立して、波の作用が最も顕著な深さで、水面上の波とともに上下に浮動するように構成され、
前記浮体は、前記減衰システムが配置されている前記浮遊式プラットフォームの長辺に沿って、列をなして配置されるとともに、当該長辺から離れて延在し、各列が、複数の浮体を含むことを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮遊式プラットフォームが、水面に浮かび、前記浮遊式防波堤構造物に浮力を与えるのに十分な寸法および重量を有する浮力ベッセルを含むことを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮遊式プラットフォームが、
水面の上方に配置され、所望の積載物を有するデッキと
水面の下方に配置され、前記デッキを保持するように構成された浮遊式ベースと、
前記浮遊式ベースから延び、前記デッキを支持するように構成された支柱要素とを含むことを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項3に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮遊式ベースが、
複数の浮力ポンツーンであって、浮力ポンツーンの重量を大幅に上回る浮力を生成するために十分な水を押しのけるように構成された複数の浮力ポンツーンと、
前記浮力ポンツーンの上方に配置され、水面上の前記浮遊式防波堤構造物を安定させるように構成された複数のバランスポンツーンとを含み、
前記複数の浮力ポンツーンおよび前記複数のバランスポンツーンが、前記支柱要素を介して前記デッキに連結されていることを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項4に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮力ポンツーンの全体積が波の作用の領域の十分に下方にあり、前記バランスポンツーンが水面にあることを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項3に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記支柱要素が、約5メートル未満の高さの波が前記デッキに到達しないという要件を満たすために、水面の上方に十分なクリアランスを提供するのに適切な長さを有することを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
各列において、前記浮体が隣接列の浮体に対してずれて配置され、それにより、到来する波の直接の衝撃から前記一方の辺を遮蔽することを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記減衰システムが、前記浮体に関連付けられたレバーと、前記浮遊式プラットフォーム上に配置された回転シャフトを含み、前記浮体が、前記レバーを用いて前記回転シャフトに連結され、各レバーは、その一端が対応する浮体に接続され、その他端が前記回転シャフトに接続され、それにより前記回転シャフトの軸に沿った揺動運動を提供するのに適した形状を有することを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮体が、円筒形状であり、円筒の断面の直径が0.5メートル~50メートルの範囲にあり、円筒の長さが1メートル~10メートルの範囲にあることを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
動作中、少なくとも1の浮体が、到来する波の頂上に位置し、少なくとも1の別の浮体が、到来する波の谷間に位置することを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項1に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
列の数が、2~6の範囲であることを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項8に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記浮体の動きに抵抗するように構成および配置された抵抗機構を備えることを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。 - 請求項8に記載の浮遊式防波堤構造物において、
前記回転シャフトに動作可能に結合され、前記浮体から伝達される回転運動から電気エネルギーを生成するように構成された発電機を含むことを特徴とする浮遊式防波堤構造物。
