- 配列番号4の塩基配列からなる、DNAアプタマー。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のDNAアプタマーを含む、癌組織ターゲッティング用組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のDNAアプタマーを含む、癌診断用組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のDNAアプタマーを含む、癌治療用組成物。
- 前記癌は、膵臓癌、大腸癌、肝癌、肺癌、脳腫瘍、口腔癌、または、乳癌である、請求項5に記載の癌治療用組成物。
- 前記DNAアプタマーと結合された抗癌剤をさらに含む、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の癌治療用組成物。
- 前記抗癌剤がMMAE(monomethyl auristatin E)、MMAF(monomethyl auristatin F)、カリケアミシン、メルタンシン、ラブタンシン、テシリン、ドキソルビシン、シスプラチン、SN-38、デュオカルマイシン、及びピロロベンゾジアゼピンからなる群から選択された1つ以上であるものである、請求項7に記載の癌治療用組成物。
- 前記DNAアプタマーは、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)またはこれの誘導体、ジアシルグリセロール(DAG)またはこれの誘導体、デンドリマーまたはホスホリルコリン含有重合体と結合されたものである、請求項5~請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の癌治療用組成物。
