Claims (19)
- 水素を生産するための方法であって、
第1の製品を生産するために、蒸気メタン改質装置(SMR)のバヨネット流路に沿って第1のガスを流すステップであって、前記バヨネット流路に沿って配設されているフォームを通して前記第1のガスを流すステップを含む、ステップと、
前記SMRの中で生産された前記第1の製品を、水性ガスシフト(WGS)反応器の反応チューブの中に画定されたWGS反応チャネルの入力へ提供するステップと、
第2の製品を生産するために、前記WGS反応チャネルを通して前記第1の製品を含む第2のガスを流すステップと
を含み、
前記第2のガスを流すステップは、
流れている前記第2のガスの温度を低減させるために、前記WGS反応チャネルの中に配設されている熱伝達材料を横切って前記第2のガスを流すステップと、
前記反応チャネルの中に配設されているWGS触媒を横切って前記第2のガスを流すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記SMRの前記バヨネット流路に沿って前記第1のガスを流すステップは、環状スペースからSMRフローチャネルの中へ前記第1のガスを流すステップを含み、前記環状スペースは、外側チューブと前記外側チューブの中に配設されている内側チューブとの間に画定されており、前記SMRフローチャネルは、前記内側チューブの中に画定されている、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記第2のガスを前記熱伝達材料に流すステップは、流れている前記第2のガスの前記温度を、前記WGS触媒が水素発生反応に触媒作用を及ぼすことができる温度まで低減させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素および水素を生産するために、前記SMRの前記バヨネット流路に沿って前記第1のガスを流すステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の製品を前記WGS反応チャネルの前記入力に提供するステップは、前記WGS反応チャネルの前記入力に一酸化炭素を提供するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 二酸化炭素および水素を生産するために、前記WGS反応チャネルに沿って前記第2のガスを流すステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
