Description
以下、実施例を用いて本発明をより具体的に説明するが、これらの実施例は本発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈すべきではない。また、以下の説明では、特に規定がない限り、「部」は「重量部」を指し、「%」は「重量%」を指す。
表2に示すプラスチック、顔料および助剤を、示される重量パーセントで高速混合機SHR-300Aに加え、1480rpmの回転数で10分間攪拌した。得られた混合物を、平行同方向回転二軸押出機AK-73(Nanjing Keya Chemical Equipment社)に投入し、溶融押出と造粒を行った後、各カラーマスターバッチ(番号H1-1~H3-1は黒色のカラーマスターバッチであり、番号Z1-1およびZ1-2は茶色のカラーマスターバッチである)を得た。溶融押出の条件:スクリューのアスペクト比L/D=44、スクリューの回転数600rpm、押出機の1~11区画の温度設定は順次に100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、170℃、170℃、180℃、190℃であり、溶融温度は190℃である。
サーボ制御引張試験機AI-7000-M1(High Speed Rail Testing Instruments (Dongguan)社)を使用してそれぞれのカラーマスターバッチの引張弾性率を測定し、結果を表2に示す。
表3に示すリサイクルPE材料、顔料および助剤を、示される重量パーセントで高速混合機SHR-300Aに加え、1480rpmの回転数で10分間攪拌した。得られた混合物を、平行同方向回転二軸押出機AK-73(Nanjing Keya Chemical Equipment社)に投入し、溶融押出と造粒を行った後、各基材を得た。溶融押出の条件:スクリューのアスペクト比L/D=44、スクリューの回転数600rpm、押出機の1~11区画の温度設定は順次に100℃、110℃、120℃、130℃、140℃、150℃、160℃、170℃、170℃、180℃、190℃であり、溶融温度は190℃である。
サーボ制御引張試験機AI-7000-M1(High Speed Rail Testing Instruments (Dongguan)社)を使用してそれぞれのカラーマスターバッチの引張弾性率を測定し、結果を表3に示す。
実施例9以外の各実施例および比較例における各基材と各カラーマスターバッチを、表4に示す組み合わせと使用量で、異方向コニカル二軸押出機SJZ65/132型(Shanghai Jinwei Machinery Manufacturing社)に投入し、溶融押出を行った後、木材プラスチック成形材料を得た。溶融押出の条件:スクリューの回転数34.7rpm;押出機温度:1区画150℃、2区画150℃、3区画140、4区画140℃、コンフルエンスコア温度140℃;ダイ温度:140℃、140℃、140℃、140℃。各カラーマスターバッチと木材プラスチック成形材料との引張弾性率の比λも表4に示す。ここで、カラーマスターバッチの添加割合は、実施例1が0.5%、実施例2が0.5%、実施例3が0.1%、実施例4~7および9が0.25%、実施例8および10が0.3%、実施例11が茶色のカラーマスターバッチ0.3%と黒色のカラーマスターバッチ0.1%、実施例12が0.25%、比較例13および比較例14が0.25%である。
実施例1~12で得られた木材プラスチック成形材料は、EN 15534-1:2014の7.1.2.1に従って落下衝撃試験を行い、EN 15534-1:2014 Annex Aに従って耐屈曲性試験を行い、EN 15534-1:2014の8.3.3に従って沸騰試験を行い、EN 15534-1:2014の9.2に従って線膨張係数試験を行い、EN 15534-1:2014の7.4.1に従ってクリープ挙動試験を行い、EN 15534-1:2014の8.3.1に従って吸水膨張試験を行った結果、いずれも合格であった。
Claims (16)
- カラーマスターバッチと基材からなる多色木材プラスチック成形材料であって、前記のカラーマスターバッチと前記の基材との引張弾性率(Et)の比λは0.26~1.47であり、
前記のカラーマスターバッチの引張弾性率と前記の基材の引張弾性率は、GB/T 1040.2-2006/ISO 527-2:1993規格に基づいて室温で測定されたものであり、
前記の基材は、プラスチック、および有機充填剤と無機充填剤のブレンド物を含み、該有機充填剤は植物由来の繊維材料を含み、
前記のカラーマスターバッチは、プラスチックおよび着色剤を含む、多色木材プラスチック成形材料。 - 前記のカラーマスターバッチのGB/T 1040.2-2006/ISO 527-2:1993規格に基づいて測定された引張弾性率(Et)が0.1×10 3 MPa~3×10 3 MPaの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記のカラーマスターバッチが、充填剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、カップリング剤、潤滑剤、分散剤、相溶化剤からなる群から選択される助剤をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の着色剤が、カーボンブラックおよび酸化鉄レッド、酸化鉄イエロー、チタン白から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の充填剤が軽質炭酸カルシウムから選択される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記のカラーマスターバッチの合計重量100重量部に対して、前記のカラーマスターバッチが、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレン30~60重量部と、着色剤20~50重量部と、充填剤0~30重量部と、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、カップリング剤、潤滑剤、分散剤および相溶化剤からなる群から選択される助剤0~5重量部とを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の基材が
着色剤と、
酸化防止剤、光安定剤、カップリング剤、潤滑剤、分散剤、相溶化剤、難燃剤、防カビ剤、および発泡剤からなる群から選択される助剤と
をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。 - 前記の有機充填剤と無機充填剤のブレンド物が、前記の基材の50重量%以上を占める、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- カラーマスターバッチと基材との合計重量に対して、前記のカラーマスターバッチの含有量が0.1重量%~0.5重量%である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- カラーマスターバッチと基材との合計重量に対して、前記のカラーマスターバッチの含有量が0.15重量%~0.3重量%である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の木材プラスチック成形材料の表面および表面に平行な任意の面層において、前記のカラーマスターバッチが、直線状、折れ線状、棒状、ストライプ状、斑点状、楕円球状および雲霧状から選択されるレオロジー形態で独立して存在する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の木材プラスチック成形材料の表面および表面に平行な任意の面層に、2つ以上の色が存在する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 前記の木材プラスチック成形材料の表面に垂直に垂直な断面に、カラーマスターバッチと同一の色を有する線または点が存在する、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料の製造方法であって、
前記の基材と前記のカラーマスターバッチを混合して溶融させ押し出すことを含む、製造方法。 - 前記の基材の引張弾性率を測定すること、および
測定された基材の引張弾性率に基づいて、前記のカラーマスターバッチと前記の基材との引張弾性率(Et)の比λが0.26~1.47の範囲になるように、適切なカラーマスターバッチを選択することを、
前記の基材と前記のカラーマスターバッチを混合して溶融させ、押し出す前に、さらに含む、請求項14に記載の製造方法。 - 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の多色木材プラスチック成形材料を含む、木材プラスチック複合板。
