本发明提供一种沉香型塑木板材料,涉及塑木材料生产技术领域,由如下重量份的原材料制成:竹粉45份、沉香木粉1.5份、枣核粉12份、纳米勃姆石粉0.5份、PE?15份、滑石粉4份、偶联剂2份、马来酸酐接枝单体5份、色母0.2份、鼠尾草5份、艾草5份、桂枝3份、梧桐树皮4份、银杏叶3份。本发明生产的沉香型塑木板材料,可以持续散发出类似沉香木的气味,板材具有较好的强度,更具有防水、防腐、防霉的特点,室内、户外均可使用,抗老化,不会开裂变形。

沉香型塑木板材料
技术领域:
本发明涉及塑木材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种沉香型塑木板材料及其生产方法。
背景技术:
目前塑木复合地板主要是以塑料、竹/木纤维为原料,它是由塑料和竹(木)屑按照近似于3:5的比例制成的。塑木兼具塑料的耐水防腐和木材的质感两种特性,使得它成为一种性能优良并十分耐用的室外建材用途极为广泛。现有塑木产品性能仍不够理想,还存在一些缺陷,例如塑木板材的质地均匀度、密度、吸水性等参数仍需进一步改善。而且现有塑木材料品种较为单一,用户根据自己的喜好选择的空间太小。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种沉香型塑木板材料及其生产方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种沉香型塑木板材料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原材料制成:
竹粉45份、沉香木粉1.5份、枣核粉12份、纳米勃姆石粉0.5份、PE15份、滑石粉4份、偶联剂2份、马来酸酐接枝单体5份、色母0.2份、鼠尾草5份、艾草5份、桂枝3份、梧桐树皮4份、银杏叶3份。
生产方法:
1)半炭化的步骤,将鼠尾草5份、艾草5份、桂枝3份、梧桐树皮4份、银杏叶3份混合,置于密闭容器中,通入水蒸汽,保持温度180℃,压强0.2MPa,保温保压2小时,然后取出经260℃高温进行烘干,使物料含水率低于12%,然后送入炭化炉,炭化过程按常规方法进行,控制炭化率在30-35%,自然冷却,粉碎,即得半炭化物料;
2)高压混料的步骤,将半炭化物料与竹粉45份、沉香木粉1.5份、枣核粉12份、纳米勃姆石粉0.5份、PE15份、滑石粉4份、偶联剂2份、马来酸酐接枝单体5份混合,进行高压混料,高压混料的温度为100-150℃,时间为10-15分钟,压强为0.2MPa;
3)造粒的步骤,在造粒机中进行的,需要经过加温、捏合、粘合的过程,将高压混料后的物料加入造粒机中,造粒温度为180-300℃,物料在造粒机中的时间为20-30分钟,最终制得复合物料粒;
4)挤出成型的步骤,将造粒步骤中得到的复合物料粒与色母0.2份搅拌混合,然后加入挤出机挤出成板材,挤出机的机筒包括五个温区,由加料端向挤出端,五个温区的温度依次设定为150℃、260℃、200℃、220℃、185℃,挤出机的机筒连接抽真空设备,机筒内的压力为0.05MPa。
组份中的马来酸酐接枝单体接枝的对象为PE。
组份中的纳米勃姆石粉,可使混合物料在挤出机中分散更均匀,挤出成型的板材质地更均匀,强度好。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明生产的沉香型塑木板材料,可以持续散发出类似沉香木的气味,板材具有较好的强度,更具有防水、防腐、防霉的特点,室内、户外均可使用,抗老化,不会开裂变形。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种沉香型塑木板材料,由如下重量份的原材料制成:
竹粉45份、沉香木粉1.5份、枣核粉12份、纳米勃姆石粉0.5份、PE15份、滑石粉4份、偶联剂2份、马来酸酐接枝单体5份、色母0.2份、鼠尾草5份、艾草5份、桂枝3份、梧桐树皮4份、银杏叶3份;
生产方法:
1)半炭化的步骤,将鼠尾草5份、艾草5份、桂枝3份、梧桐树皮4份、银杏叶3份混合,置于密闭容器中,通入水蒸汽,保持温度180℃,压强0.2MPa,保温保压2小时,然后取出经260℃高温进行烘干,使物料含水率低于12%,然后送入炭化炉,炭化过程按常规方法进行,控制炭化率在30-35%,自然冷却,粉碎,即得半炭化物料;
2)高压混料的步骤,将半炭化物料与竹粉45份、沉香木粉1.5份、枣核粉12份、纳米勃姆石粉0.5份、PE15份、滑石粉4份、偶联剂2份、马来酸酐接枝单体5份混合,进行高压混料,高压混料的温度为100-150℃,时间为10-15分钟,压强为0.2MPa;
3)造粒的步骤,在造粒机中进行的,需要经过加温、捏合、粘合的过程,将高压混料后的物料加入造粒机中,造粒温度为180-300℃,物料在造粒机中的时间为20-30分钟,最终制得复合物料粒;
4)挤出成型的步骤,将造粒步骤中得到的复合物料粒与色母0.2份搅拌混合,然后加入挤出机挤出成板材,挤出机的机筒包括五个温区,由加料端向挤出端,五个温区的温度依次设定为150℃、260℃、200℃、220℃、185℃,挤出机的机筒连接抽真空设备,机筒内的压力为0.05MPa。
实验证明,按照本发明提供的生产工艺,生产的塑木板材可以持续散发诱人的类似沉香木的气味,并且对环境不会造成任何污染,而且彩色纹路的分散效果可以通过机筒内设定的温度来调节,挤出机的机筒内被抽真空,生产出来的板材比传统工艺生产的塑木板材更加密实,吸水率降低,产品品质得到很大程度的提高。
