Claims (12)
- 電極組立体から突出した電極リードを電気的に連結するための一つ以上のバスバーと、
前記バスバーと連結されて前記バスバーを固定するためのバスバーフレームと、
一つ以上の前記バスバーを連結するための連結バスバーと、
前記バスバーと連結バスバーとを連結するための連結ボルトと、
を含み、
前記バスバーは前記連結ボルトを固定するためのネジ山を含み、
前記連結ボルトを固定するための別のナットを含まない、
バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記電極リードが貫くスリットと、
前記電極リードを固定するための電極リード連結部と、
連結バスバーと連結されるためのターミナル部と、
を含み、
前記ターミナル部は、前記連結ボルトによって前記連結バスバーと結合するための固定ホールを含み、前記固定ホールは前記連結ボルトを固定するためのネジ山を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ターミナル部の厚さは前記電極リード連結部の厚さより大きい、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ターミナル部は二つ以上の層を含む、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ターミナル部は、ヘミング曲げされたヘミング部を含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ネジ山は前記ターミナル部の二つ以上の層のいずれにも形成されている、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記二つ以上の層の間には別の空間がない、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記ターミナル部以外の部分をプレスすることによって形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リード連結部と連結されている前記ターミナル部の一部がプレスされている、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記連結バスバーに前記連結ボルトを固定するためのネジ山をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、前記連結ボルトのうちで前記バスバー及び連結バスバーを貫いた端部を収容するためのボルト収容部を含み、
前記ボルト収容部は、前記連結ボルトの端部を挿入方向に対して垂直に押し付ける固定部を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記固定部は弾性素材からなる、請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
