Claims (6)
- パーティクルプローブと、該パーティクルプローブに接続されたパイプと、該パイプに接続されたパーティクルカウンタを有し、微粒子を計測する微粒子計測装置であって、
前記微粒子計測装置は安全キャビネットやアイソレータに設置されるものであり、
前記微粒子計測装置は、前記パイプの外周に円筒パイプを配置し、前記パイプと前記円筒パイプの間に空気の流路を設け、
前記空気の流路は、前記安全キャビネットやアイソレータの排気循環経路につながっていることを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の微粒子計測装置において、
前記パイプと前記円筒パイプの間の前記流路に流量調整ダンパを設けたことを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の微粒子計測装置において、
設置箇所に固定された内管シャフトを有し、
前記内管シャフトは、前記パイプを内包し、第1の継手を有しており、該第1の継手により前記パーティクルプローブと前記パイプを固定できる構成であることを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。 - 請求項3に記載の微粒子計測装置において、
前記パーティクルプローブはラッパ状の形状であって、該ラッパ状の先端は、接続された前記パイプの一部に第2の継手を溶接にて一体化しており、
前記第1の継手と前記第2の継手を接続することで、前記パーティクルプローブと前記パイプは前記内管シャフトを介して前記設置箇所に固定されることを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。 - 請求項4に記載の微粒子計測装置において、
前記第1の継手と前記第2の継手はヘルール継手であって、クランプで接続されることを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。 - 請求項1に記載の微粒子計測装置において、
前記円筒パイプは前記パーティクルプローブの長手方向にスライド可能なスライド管を有することを特徴とする微粒子計測装置。
