Claims (14)
- 直線部と、前記直線部の一端から折り曲げられて、曲率を有する曲面部とを含むベース部材と、
前記ベース部材の直線部の上に配置された第1基板と、前記第1基板と平行するように配置され、前記ベース部材の曲面部と離隔して配置される第2基板とを含む基板と、
前記基板に配置される複数の光源と、
前記第1基板の上に配置された第1樹脂部と、前記第2基板を取り囲むように前記ベース部材の曲面部の上に配置された第2樹脂部とを含む樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置された蛍光体層と、を含み、
前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1樹脂部と接触する一側面と、前記一側面と対向して配置される他側面とを含み、
前記第2樹脂部の他側面は、曲面を含む、照明装置。 - 第1基板と、前記第1基板の外側に配置された第2基板とを含む基板と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板のそれぞれに配置される複数の光源と、
前記第1基板の上に配置された第1樹脂部と、前記第2基板の上部、外側面および下部に配置された第2樹脂部とを含む樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置された蛍光体層と、を含み、
前記第1樹脂部の上面は、前記第1基板と平行し、
前記第2樹脂部の表面は、前記第1基板の上面に対して曲面を有しながら前記第2基板の外側面の外側に延長され、
前記第2樹脂部の表面は、曲面を含む、照明装置。 - 前記複数の光源は、前記第2樹脂部の他側面と一番隣接した第1光源を含み、
前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1光源の中心で前記基板の水平方向に前記蛍光体層と接触する第1地点と、前記第1光源の中心で前記基板に垂直な直線と前記蛍光体層と接触する第3地点と、前記第1地点と前記第3地点の間に前記蛍光体層と接触する第2地点とを含み、
前記第2樹脂部と接触する第1地点、前記曲面の上の第2地点および第1光源の中心で前記基板に垂直な直線と接触する第3地点を含み、
前記第1光源の中心から前記第2地点までの第2距離は、前記第1光源の中心から前記第1地点までの距離より大きく、前記第1光源の中心から前記第3地点までの第3距離より小さい、請求項1または2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2基板は、透明材質で形成され、前記第1基板と電気的に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2基板は、多数のホールを有する格子構造を含み、前記第1基板と電気的に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2基板は、前記第1基板の側面から垂直方向に延長された第1基板部と、前記第1基板の側面と平行な第2基板部を含む、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1基板部の幅は、前記第2基板部の幅と同一であり、
前記第1基板部の幅は、前記ホールの幅より小さい、請求項6に記載の照明装置。 - 前記ベース部材の曲面部の上に反射部材が配置され、
前記曲面部および前記反射部材の外側端は、前記第2基板の下面と最大に離隔する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の光源は、前記第2基板の下に配置された第2光源を含み、
前記第2光源は、前記反射部材と対向する、請求項8に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2基板の下に配置され、前記第2樹脂部と接触した反射部材を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の光源は、前記第2基板の下に配置された第2光源を含み、
前記第2光源は、前記反射部材と対向する、請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置。 - 車両のランプブラケットと結合され、直線部と、前記直線部の一端から折り曲げられて、曲率を有する曲面部とを含むベース部材と、
前記ベース部材の上に配置される照明モジュールと、
前記照明モジュールの上に配置された赤色レンズと、を含み、
前記照明モジュールは、前記ベース部材の直線部の上に配置された第1基板と、前記第1基板と平行するように配置され、前記ベース部材の曲面部と離隔して配置される第2基板と、前記第1基板および前記第2基板の上に配置された複数の光源と、前記第1基板および前記光源の上に配置された第1樹脂部と、前記第2基板および前記光源を取り囲むように前記ベース部材の曲面部の上に配置された第2樹脂部と、前記第1樹脂部および第2樹脂部の上に配置された蛍光体層とを含み、
前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1樹脂部と接触する一側面と、前記一側面と対向して配置される他側面とを含み、
前記第2樹脂部の他側面は、曲面を含む、車両用ランプ。 - 前記複数の光源は、前記第2樹脂部の他側面と一番隣接した第1光源を含み、
前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1光源の中心で前記第2基板の水平方向に前記蛍光体層と接触する第1地点と、前記第1光源の中心で前記第2基板に垂直な直線と前記蛍光体層と接触する第3地点と、前記第1地点と前記第3地点の間に前記蛍光体層と接触する第2地点とを含み、
前記第1光源の中心から前記第2地点までの第2距離は、前記第1光源の中心から前記第1地点までの距離より大きく、前記第1光源の中心から前記第3地点までの第3距離より小さい、請求項12に記載の車両用ランプ。 - 前記ベース部材の曲面部の上に配置され、前記第2樹脂部と接触する反射部材が配置され、
前記曲面部および前記反射部材の外側端は、前記第2基板の下面と離隔する、請求項12または13に記載の照明装置。
