Description
(D)ストロンチウムは人体に不可欠な微量元素であり、ストロンチウムは、骨芽細胞の分化及び骨生成を促進するように機能している。さらに、ストロンチウムは、組織石灰化される骨及び歯のヒドロキシアパタイト結晶における少量のカルシウムを置換することができ、ケイ酸ストロンチウムの使用によって、ストロンチウム元素を補充し、歯の格子欠陥を減少させ、それにより歯の骨強度を改善することができる。
1、器具
1.1、恒温恒湿チャンバー:温度37℃±1℃、相対湿度95%以上の雰囲気を保持できるもの。
ステンレス金型を平ガラス板に置き、調合した根管填充ペースト(即ち、実施例で調製した懸濁安定な予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト)をステンレス金型を満たすように充填し、材料は金型の上端面と面一となる。調合が完了した後、上記のものを恒温恒湿チャンバーの金属塊の上に置く。
8時間硬化した後、1時間ごとに試料を取り出して軽く針入度計の圧子を根管填充ペーストの水平面に垂直に置き、圧子を上げてよく拭き、圧痕を目視で見えないまでに上記操作を繰り返し、調和終了後から圧痕が現れないまでの時間を凝固時間として記録する。
(1)各原料を以下の重量百分率で秤量した。
成分(b):ポリエチレングリコール22%
成分(c):酸化ジルコニウム23%
(2)ステップ(1)の成分(a)、(c)、(b)を順にガラス容器に入れ、ステンレス攪拌棒で機械的に混合し、10分間をかけて十分に調合した。

Claims (5)
- 予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物であって、
成分(a):少なくとも1つのケイ酸ストロンチウム化合物と、
成分(b):上記少なくとも1つのケイ酸ストロンチウム化合物と混合する、少なくとも1つの実質的に無水の液体担体と、
成分(c):少なくとも1つの放射線抵抗材と、
を含み、
上記予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物において、固体成分(a)及び、(c)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して60%~92%であり、液体成分(b)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して8%~40%であることを特徴とする、予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物、
上記ケイ酸ストロンチウム化合物は、ケイ酸二ストロンチウム、ケイ酸三ストロンチウム、またはそれらの混合物から選ばれる。 - 上記実質的に無水の液体担体は、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、液体グリセリン、エタノール、シリコーンオイル、クローブ油、動物油、植物油、有機酸及びそれらの混合物から選ばれ、
上記放射線抵抗材は、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ビスマス、酸化タンタルの少なくとも1つから選ばれる
上記予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物において、固体成分(a)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して20%~82%であり、固体成分(c)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して10%~40%であり、液体成分(b)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して8%~40%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物。 - 成分(d):少なくとも1つのリン酸カルシウム化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物。
- 上記リン酸カルシウム化合物は、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸四カルシウム、リン酸二水素カルシウム、ヒドロキシアパタイトの少なくとも1つから選ばれ、
上記予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物において、固体成分(a)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して10%~42%であり、固体成分(c)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して10%~40%であり、固体成分(d)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して10%~40%であり、液体成分(b)はセメントペースト組成物の全質量に対して8%~40%であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の予混合ケイ酸ストロンチウム系セメントペースト組成物を原料とする整形外科用又は歯科用充填材の製造方法。
