Claims (9)
- 総重量を100wt%として、75wt%~85wt%のポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、0wt%~3wt%の有機核剤、及び15wt%~20wt%の無機核剤を含むポリエステル複合材料を提供することと、
前記ポリエステル複合材料を射出成形加工により金型内に注入し、前記金型の金型温度を110℃~140℃に制御し、且つ前記ポリエステル複合材料の前記金型での結晶化度を25%~40%に制御して、前記金型において前記ポリエステル複合材料を耐熱食器成形品として成形することと、
を含み、
前記耐熱食器成形品は、150℃以上の熱変形温度を有する耐熱食器の製造方法。 - 前記ポリエステル複合材料には、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(polybutylene terephthalate,PBT)を含有しない請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記有機核剤は、アイオノマー(ionic polymer)、ポリエステルオリゴマーのアルカリ金属塩系(alkali metal salt of polyester oligomer)、長鎖線状飽和カルボン酸ナトリウム塩(long-chain linear saturated carboxylic acid sodium salt)、長鎖線状飽和カルボン酸カルシウム塩(long-chain linear saturated carboxylic acid calcium salt)、長鎖線状飽和芳香族カルボン酸金属ナトリウム塩(long-chain linear saturated aromatic carboxylic acid metal sodium salt)、及び長鎖線状飽和芳香族カルボン酸金属マグネシウム塩(long-chain linear saturated aromatic carboxylic acid metal magnesium salt)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記無機核剤は、タルク(talc)、硫酸バリウム(barium sulfate)、炭酸カルシウム(calcium carbonate)、及び珪酸カルシウム(calcium silicate)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つであり、また、前記無機核剤は、0.1μm~5μmの平均粒子径を有する請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル複合材料は、前記金型による1回の熱処理だけで、150℃以上の前記熱変形温度を有する前記耐熱食器成形品として形成される請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記製造方法は、前記金型において前記ポリエステル複合材料を前記耐熱食器成形品として成形した後、前記耐熱食器成形品における複合材料の少なくとも95wt%が前記金型に付着又は残留しないように、前記耐熱食器成形品を前記金型から取り出すことをさらに含む請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステル複合材料は、0.1wt%~0.5wt%の酸化防止剤及び0.1wt%~1.0wt%の加工助剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記酸化防止剤は、ペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシ)フェニルプロピオナート(tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy) pentaerythritol phenylpropionate)、トリス(2,4-ジ-t-ブチル)フェニルホスファイト(tris(2,4-di-tert-butyl) phenyl phosphite)、及び3-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)オクタデシルプロピオネート(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) octadecyl propionate)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである請求項7に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
- 前記加工助剤は、エチレンビスステアロアミド(ethylene bis-stearylamide,EBS)、エルカミド(erucamide)、ポリエチレンワックス(polyethylene wax)、パラフィンワックス(paraffin wax)、ステアリン酸(stearic acid)、ステアリン酸亜鉛(zinc stearate)、ステアリン酸カルシウム(calcium stearate)、及びポリジメチルシロキサン(polydimethylsiloxane)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである請求項7に記載の耐熱食器の製造方法。
